WOW! I just checked Drudge. It turns out that the Democrats really are that stupid as to place this ad. It was so stupid that I thought it had to be a plant. It wasn't. The Democrat Club Vice President has CONFESSED:

Club Vice President Edna McCall told the DRUDGE REPORT Tuesday morning: "We want to get our country back. In Iraq, we're in deep trouble. If we don't try to get this situation cleared up, we are finished."

The Democrats must be so blinded by Bush Hate that it has ruined their judgement.

There are so many laws that I would not be surprised if a zealous Democrat prosecutor could find a crime to charge you with. Perhaps conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. While Democrats every day put out the call for more casualties in Iraq, and jihadists and Sunni loyalists answer the call.
