Clarke claims he is a non-partisan independent registered as a Republican, yet a simple Open Secrets web search shows that his campaign donation, the only one he made so far, is going to a DEMOCRAT running for Congress from Missouri.

Question: Why didn't you tell the joint inquiry committee about your concerns? We have your testimony to them and you never raised your concerns to them in over 6 hours of testimony.

Because he disagreed with going after Saddam. I repeat, this is NOT about preventing terrorism; it's about bashing President Bush about Iraq. I imagine the Dims consider this part of their "pre-impeachment" hearings.

I think it's time for you to step off the ledge and finish it. It's not quite that bad. Despite non-stop coverage of the Dems positions, Kerry's war record, Kerry's friends, the Kennedy's and constant bashing of the sitting President, THE BEST THE DEMS CAN DO IS GET EVEN IN THE POLLS!!!

Do you understand that? This is the best they can do....getting to even. The President hasn't even started his campaign in earnest and the sway is leaning towards the President.
