America should offer every assistance to Spain in dealing with the aftermath of this tragedy and in bringing those responsible to justice.

The Clinton approach to dealing with terror - treat it like a law enforcement problem. We saw how well that approach worked.

Didn't Kerry state that terrorism should be dealt with using intelligence gathering and law enforcement? I think I read that somewhere, but my mind is like swiss cheese these days.
