"I would be worried that in 2008 Arnold might be running for President." He can't. He's not American born.

Aaahhh...

Not possible because he's not a natural-born citizen?

O'Reilly doesn't *care* about the marriages themselves.
However, he's very big on the rule of law and the anarchy that's currently in place.

C'mon. You guys really think Arnold will do anything? What would the Kennedys think?!?!

My bet is that Arnold will take the course that brings the most money to California. If supporting gay marriages puts more money in California's coffers, he'll rubber stamp it without a blink. If not... Well, he said all along he was a social liberal.

You asked the question I've been asking. I wish this state had one mayor with the guts to start handing out concealed carry permits to all comers, on the grounds that state gun control laws are unconstitutional.

Let's see what it takes to get Bill Lockyer's attention.

McClintock hit another grand slam on the Factor! He laid out the responsibility of Governor RINOld and the CA AG. It's their ultimate responsibility to enforce the laws of CA. Art Torres thinks the queers in SF have the right to break the law. I wonder if I can use that for a defense the next time I get sighted for speeding? ROFLMAO

Yeah I'm sure that if Tom had brought in State troopers immediately that the liberal media would have just loved that.

I can see the images now of poor crying heartbroken liberals who are just "in love".

Being pushed back from the steps of city hall by the "Troopers" double entandre. Sent in by the "Far right, conservative governor".

Yep, it would have been wonderful. . . .

Ahhhhhh! Yes, Where are all the Kneepad RHINO's who were telling everyone These Fudgepacking issues have nothing to do with a State Governor.

Do you think these Weirdo's could at least be fined if not locked up for breaking a law?

Who Knew Huh!

I understand why they aren't stopping this. They don't want it to rise to a level of civil disobedience and equate it to the race related civil rights movement of the 50's and 60's. [gay groups would have you believe they don't want it, african-american's REALLY don't want it].
If they arrest the government officials in SF they have raised these officials to civil rights martyrs.

"....To afraid of Morrals...."

Too afraid of Morrals.

(+)

To afraid of Morals

=

Too afraid of Morals

This means in a 4 word sentence you misspelled 2 words. But hey, you're still batting 500.

So what? The nation is a mess. The judiciary is making laws, executives are interpreting laws and legislatures are sitting around with their thumbs up there asses acting as wind vanes.

The executive in California should execute the damn laws and arrest the law breakers. The judiciary should interpret the law and find the Mayor guilty of violating numerous codes that were eneacted by the legislature.

And then they should throw the Mayors behind in a cell for 6 months so he can martyr to his hearts content.

McClintock was just on Michael Savage. He pretty much laid it out again that the mayor in SF is breaking the law and if the CA AG won't enforce the law then it is ultimately up to Governor RINOld to enforce the law. Well I guess that pretty much leaves it up to all of us to break any laws we like and claim that the law is "unconstitutional." ROFLMAO I won't say "I told you so" but RINOld is proving my point. If you eat too many of those steroids your testicles turn into raisins! Looks like we may have to have another recall election...Damn if I can put up with this nonsense for another two years!

Did you heard the City Attorney (or someone) say that since the text of the licenses were altered from state law that they are invalid and fraudulent??

They are trying to turn this into a civil disobedience issue. You turn it into a civil disobedience by arresting them. Then what? They get on television and they can raise their fists in the air and tell the world they are fighting for the rights of all? They are getting press now but not as much as if they were getting arrested. They are suffocating rather than fanning the flames.
