Thanks for the info. Proud McClintock bump to the top.

The attorney general of california should order all persons involved in breaking the law by issuing marriage licenses be arrested immediately. They are flagrantly violating the law. He is sworn to uphold the law.

Something makes me think Tom would have put a halt to this nonsense already.

Something makes me think Tom would have put a halt to this nonsense already. Even the governor doesn't have the power to stop a bunch of gay activist judges from twisting the law into a pretzel to promote Adam and Steve "marriages."

Are these "shotgun" weddings or something? Why the big rush for the gays to get married when it's still against the law?
I'm mean...Who's gotten pregnant by the person they are marrying ?
If no one is pregnant by their intended spouses, where's the irreparable harm in their waiting a bit while they try to change the law so they can get married legally?

"Even the governor doesn't have the power to stop a bunch of gay activist judges from twisting the law into a pretzel to promote Adam and Steve "marriages."" But the governor has the duty to have the mayor arrested.

Even the governor doesn't have the power to stop a bunch of gay activist judges from twisting the law into a pretzel to promote Adam and Steve "marriages."Certainly a strong stand would put pressure on state law inforcement to arrest this guy. Although I would imagine that's what these pretentious gay-stapo types would like, to be "heros" standing up for their "rights"
Point being that the Gov is certainly not someone any social activist would fear, at his best not being capable of articulating the delicate point of why homosexual marriage needs to remain illegal, while a Gov McClintock would have been quite unambiguous on the matter.

I wonder how this would be playing out if the Mayor were handing out CCW licenses instead of Marriage licenses?

It's easy to talk when you don't have to back your talk up with action.
That's why McClintock is talking nonstop.

More power to you in that!
I would be worried that in 2008 Arnold might be running for President.
