**Exclusive**
Democratic presidential frontrunner John Kerry is planning a response to a DRUDGE REPORT exclusive which first revealed the frantic behind-the-scenes drama surrounding a woman who recently fled the country, reportedly at the prodding of Kerry!
The nature and details of a claimed two-year relationship, beginning in the Spring of 2001, between a young woman and Kerry is at the center of serious investigations at several media outlets.
After being approached by a top news producer, the woman fled to Africa, where she remains, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
Unlike the Monica Lewinsky drama, which first played out publicly in this space, with audio tapes, cigar and a dress, the Kerry situation has posed a challange to reporters investigating the claims.
"There is no lawsuit testimony this time [like Clinton with Paula Jones]," a top source said Thursday night. "It is hard to prove."
A close friend of the woman first approached a reporter late last year claiming fantastic stories -- stories that now threaten to turn the race for the presidency on its head.
Kerry is scheduled to appear on IMUS IN THE MORNING on Friday. Later he is scheduled to join General Wesley Clark, who, in an off-the-record conversation with a dozen reporters earlier this week, plainly stated: "Kerry will implode over an intern issue."
Reporters who witnessed Clark making the stunning comments marvel at the General's reluctance to later confirm they were spoken -- only to later endorse Kerry for the nomination!

You bet! clintons are afraid kerry might actually win the election so leaked to wes clark who then couldn't wait to spill the beans. (Must be why Dean hasn't quit yet!)
This time, the wife's response will not take into consideration a political future. I don't think the "present" Mrs. Kerry is considering a run for President! Wonder how kerry is going to pay off that big, fat house loan now. And he thought Hanoi Jane was going to be the problem woman in his life over the next eight months!

I can not respond to your posting for fear of violating the high family standards of FR and being banned for making JR spit his beer all over the screen.

Clark: Clinton's suck up to the very end.Which should put to bed the notion that Hillary! had anything at all to do with today's Kerry "bombshell".
To: Beck_isright
The nuts at DU are pushing Dean again.Which, at least for today, makes them our useful idiots. Bless their empty little heads.

What's funnier is they locked the Clinton er, Kerry affair thread. Talk about paranoid!

That's what I've been saying since the first of the year. ....Then Hillary rides in and "saves the party"!She SWORE to the voters of NY that she was NOT using them as a stepping stone to get to the White House.
Will she be caught in a lie like her husband? Will she use the people of NY for her own political power? Will she slap NY right in the face?
NY'ers will not take kindly to being used as a useful idiot. Even the Democrats in NY have some pride.

Didn't the women that had the black boy of which Bill Clinton is the father go to Africa? I think I read that somewhere.

"There is no lawsuit testimony this time [like Clinton with Paula Jones]," a top source said Thursday night. "It is hard to prove." Therefore don't expect this story to have any legs at all in the National Media.

So then what character flaw would you accuse current President Bush of having?Sucking up to Democrats too much.

It's never wise to violate rules, and especially wise ones that guard against the wasting of perfectly good beer.

She is a piece of work that has not been exposed to the electorate yet. She is very full of herself. I watched an interview of her last week and she never mentioned her husband and you would have thought that she was the candidate. Everything she said was "I worked very hard..." "I thought..." "I said..." "I figured..." I have never seen anything like it, and before too long she will become an issue in the campaign.

Clark is so crazy that he howls at the sun thinking it is the moon.
To: Williams
Kerry's front runner status isn't built on his being good at anything in the first place. He's only doing well because he's seen as electable. Anything could pop the bubble. I don't know if this will do the trick, and I'd still be betting on Kerry at this point. But any doubts about Kerry's electability could snowball.

Just one question - what kind of a woman would sleep with a guy who looks like this?
To: Beck_isright
The nuts at DU are pushing Dean again. Jim Jones would be proud. I'm just hoping this bumps Edwards into the lead. Then we can have front runner and greatest human being to ever walk the face the Earth number three (Or four if you count Clark's breif moment in the sun). And it would be very amusing at this point to watch them explain why their belief that Vietnam veterans could just demand that everybody vote for them was only a temporary thing.

What is a 'press' intern?
