Taxes, taxes, taxes, Lieberman, Lieberman, Lieberman, Dodd, Dodd, Dodd.
It's not all bad. I live in the Northeast corner with 5 acres overlooking a nice town where we still have Menorahs and Manger scenes on either side of the monument to our dead vets in the town square.
We also have illegals being issued drivers licenses.
But then again the Indian Ranch is right up the road.
On the other hand we have too many Noreasters and the "beautiful fall foliage" piling up on my 5 acres.
Add to that the fact that I'm a Yankee fan surrounded by Red Sox fanatics including my own grandkids and you can see that I have mixed feelings. But I'm dreaming, as long as my grandkids are here, here is where I will be.:-}

Musgrove (and the 3rd party candidates) would need about 64% of the remaining votes to knock Barbour down to 50%. I'm sure there are areas of Mississippi where democrats expect to pull 64% of the vote. Whether those are the unreported precincts, who knows?

The good ole days.
When humor didn't have to come laced with profanity to be funny.

Oh good! Hope your beloved writes ALL the details, to me, in her next snail mail. :-)
To: concerned about politics
they had to do "washington lobbyist" not Republican Haley Barbour.
They just can't write the word R-E-P-U-B-L-I-C-A-N.

Now, last question of the evening -- will we hit 2000 posts? One of last two. The other is, what will final margin of victory be?
As for the first question, we're only about 93 posts away...

We had the dubious honor of playing the same show with ole Jerry back in 77 in Montgomery. He wasn't very nice to my kid. Said kid told me that when he grew up he wouldn't treat his fans that way. He was an eight year old fiddler at the time (son, not Jerry lol).

To: nopardons
tommorow they will blame Ronald Reagan for energizing the extremist right wing republican voters. It was a freak incident that has nothing to do with trends since 1994.
Spin and damages control will be the words tommorrow.
To: kcvl
I don't think we're going to hit 2,000.

Thanks for the pic. My pleasure! Hey, in honor of Haley's success this evening, I'm going to go dig up my Clower tapes. There's one particular track that I want to hear:
"The Rat Killing"! (Was that prophetic, or what?!)
