Please present the Terri Schindler Schiavo case with the truth and the facts. It is completely unfair and untrue to state that she is "in a persistent vegetative state" or even a coma. She is not PVS! She is not in a coma! She is brain DAMAGED!! She's not BRAIN DEAD!!
The media is not presenting the truth.

Contact MICHAEL BADEN - famed forensic pathologist, who spokeon (24Oct03) after he researched Terri Schiavo's medical records and bone scans and stated "SOMEONE DID THIS TO HER!"

1. Find out what Attorney George Felos and Michael Schiavo have done with the $1,200.000.00+ which was awarded for Terri's rehabilitation and care.
2. Find out why she has been in a hospice for the terminally ill, restricted from ANY and ALL rehab!
3. Find out why her "care" is being paid for by the state!
4. Find out why Michael Schiavo allows Terri to have only
supervised visitation with her own parents and family!
5. Find out why Attorney General Crist never investigated
this very questionable situation!
6. Find out when Michael Schiavo started his family with a
live-in lover/fiancee, who is carrying their second child as we speak, while his WIFE lies in a hospice!
7. Find out why Terri's doctor hired by Michael Schiavo has resigned from the case as of this week!
8. Find out why Judge Greer denied sworn testimony as well as affidavits from medical professionals regarding Terri's true condition.

There's no doubt in my mind that your hard-hitting but factual/polite letter moved the mountain. Then you included an enticing little hook for them to hang an investigation on ("be the first to break the news").
