In a forceful speech on Saturday to an influential gay rights group, Hillary Rodham Clinton reaffirmed her support for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans.
Hours later, Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr., who is contemplating his own presidential run, stood before the same organization and praised Americans who have fought for gay rights.
“Love is not a political matter; it’s a basic human right,” Mr. Biden said to a gathering of members of the Human Rights Campaign on Saturday night. “The fact that we recognize that, it’s because of you.”
Mr. Biden’s potential candidacy has loomed over Mrs. Clinton’s campaign, and the speeches on Saturday presented a rare occasion for these two former Senate colleagues and potential rivals to showcase their zeal and style on gay rights, one of the most galvanizing issues for Democratic primary voters and donors.
In her address, Mrs. Clinton focused on policies she would enact with a promise to make lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues central to her presidency. Mr. Biden said government had not been the driver of the rapid change in gay rights, and gave credit to the people in the crowd and the Americans across the country who came out about their sexuality. Both speeches drew roaring applause and enthusiasm from the crowd....

Why? Why is it so important to so many Democrats?
They’re obsessed with sex, both straight and deviant.
Next will be pedophile rights.
Meanwhile the world laughs - the US, engaged in 3 maybe four possibly existential wars, finds gender assignment the most serious topic of the moment.
They figure they have rock-stable support in the low 40% range, roughly what the GOP (a/k/a GOPe) has. To secure an election win, they target specific smaller groups that have very high one-issue vote decisions.
The judgement here is that the overall LGBTQetc population AND their sympathizers are worth a few percent, and will be stimulated to vote by attention to any issue in their camp, even an extreme one.
It's cynical, but it's their call. It worked pretty well, although the rhetoric was more respectively cloaked, for Obama in his elections.
Then why is a politician speaking to a political group about making it even more political?

Could it be that mental illness is a factor? Many have said that hard left liberalism is a mental illness. Being a homo is a sign of mental illness. They are simply sticking up for their own kind.
EVERYTHING with the left is about rights - with one exception the BILL OF RIGHTS.
Only liberal media could celebrate a confrontation (if that) between Clinton and Biden over 1% of the 2-3% of homosexuals who actually “trans their gender” medically.
If they want to up the number and percentages by including “dress up” and playing woman, then they can do that, but as a group it’s pretty darned small - even considering liberals’ proclivities to support idiotic causes.
This all really is just a diversion of the real subjects neither can discuss or own save their own incompetence.

Because crazy is crazy.
What does that even mean?
Is he saying someone is politically denying someone the ability to experience love? I don’t get it.
It’s impossible for a man to love a man like a man loves a woman. There can be no conception, which is ultimately the reason behind that kind of love.

Since the 1960’s the left has redefined individual liberty to mean freedom of sexual expression.
I hope they continue to waste time and resources going after the transgender vote.
So the choice is between Trump’s platform on jobs and the ‘rats platform on transgender rights.
Surely our country isn’t so far gone as to choose the latter.
If you think that the Republicans are in disarray you should be a fly on the wall at Hillary headquarters.
Here we have two candidates competing for a 2% voting populous . That should surely put them over the top . LAMO !!!
Really? The world is falling down around our ears and all these clowns can talk about is transgendered people?
