The WSJ reports:
A fundraiser for Scott Walkers presidential campaign called Donald Trump DumbDumb in a fundraising invitation and said electing the New York developer would be a total and complete disaster for the country.
Mr. Trumps campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, predicted Mr. Walker will not stand for his supporters questioning Mr. Trumps intellect.
Gov. Walker is a good guy and he would not condone such type of negative thinking about the leading presidential candidate in the GOP field, Mr. Lewandowski said. Im sure he will quickly denounce Mr. Slayton and his rhetoric.(continued)

Dayspring, not sharpening. Damn phone.
This is an example of who is bundling $$$$$$$ for Walker. Mr. Blue Blooded "Judge Smails" Republican.
What was despicable was for McCain to call all 15,000 people attending Trump rally “crazies”. I would have called McCain worse things than Trump did.
McCain graduated near bottom of his war college class. He crashed or damaged 4 or 5 planes before flying on that fatal mission over Vietnam. He injured his arms during improper ejection procedure from his aircraft, and not due to torture by Vietcong. They had no reason to torture McCain, he was singing like a bird when interrogated. The VC actually nick named him “songbird”.
Ambassador to the Philippines or Bermuda, perhaps. Nothing big.
LMAO. That’s how the Chamber of Commerce and the GOPe rolls.
McCain was wrong. So was Trump. Two wrongs don’t make a right.
I wonder if this is what the or else is about. We already know that LaRaza Rick Perry and Linda Grahamnesty have both come to Trump in the past begging for money. Walker went closed door with the amnesty loving CoC/donor types earlier this year. Maybe he went to Trump like those other two did begging for money. Could he have offered to dance for a dollar and let Trump pull some strings in an attempt to get a donation?
I hope for some people’s sake that Walker is not that dumb. The GOPee doesn’t need their stealth bomber candidate blown up before he even gets off the ground.
Otherwise known as the uniparty.
I follow Walker, among others, on Twitter and he often posts pictures of himself doing things like pumping gas into his Winnebago on the campaign trail.
Today he posted a picture of himself with a flight crew of United and thanked the stewardess for taking such good care of Row 33 obviously trying to convince people he is just a "regular guy" who happens to be running for president.
It seems contrived to me and makes me suspicious of him.
If he wants to fly coach and sit in row 33 I don't really care but why put it out on twitter.
Think of how much more compelling either candidate would be had they served a tour in combat with other young men of their generation.
Lots of presidents, Including Ike, never served in combat.
Most at least served in uniform. Reagan cheated on a vision test to do so. It’s not important to the newer generation & aside from Webb & Perry none of the other males could’ve been bothered to serve on active duty or the reserves.
Agree. I wonder if the Walker staffers have similar nicknames for the other Rep candidates. Doubt it.
The 99 percent? Is this guy criticizing Trump for being in the rich 1 percent?
Sounds like it. This donor isn’t doing Walker any favors.
Trumps campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, has worded this in a courteous and classy way. Not stirring up anything with Walker, but putting it out there that NO Pubbie campaign/campaign fundraisers should be pulling this kind of cr@p.
General Dwight D. Eisenhower and Major General Omar Bradley in Tunisia in 1943.
McCain served in combat. As did John Kerry. It’s not a guarantee of good judgement.
But he was never personally in combat and did not go overseas during the first world war. My main task in the Army was working with flag officers. I know how far back they are.
I spent 20 months in a combat zone, ashore for 12 and offshore for 8. I got combat pay. I was rocketed by the enemy, but I never fired a shot at the enemy.
You are splitting hairs about Eisenhower never being in combat. He was a combat commander. He was in harm's way.
