Why should gun owners support a clear and present enemy like Cruz

What difference is there between Arnold and Cruz on gun control? They're twins.

I just got into this same discussion yesterday at a Church picnic.

Why in the world are we compromising to vote for an electable man, instead of a decent man?

Arnold is not a man who repented of his sexual proclivities like posing for Maplethorpe, he is just a man who grew up and got savvy. Arnold was also accused of chasing some former body builders wife/making crude comments to her just recently on Drudge's radio show.

Huge difference between a man who never had this baggage and a man who repented of this baggage, and a man who never admitted it was wrong.

Because of Arnold's attitude, California will vote him in in a landslide, the libs who have some sort of a clue will love him, Conservatives who vote party line instead of decency first will love him, Conservatives who actually care what God thnks who they vote for certainly cannot vote for Arnold.

"I'm for gun control. I'm a peace-loving guy." - Time magazine cover story Aug 18, 2003. When interviewed on the issues by Sean Hannity on August 27th, Schwarzenegger admitted that he is for gun control. He said he supported both the Brady Bill and the ban on so-called "assault weapons." He said "also I would like to close the loophole of the gun shows." When asked by the Sacramento Bee to detail his positions on gun issues (scroll down), Arnold stated that he supports legislation to ban .50-caliber rifles, force gun buyers to pass a state-defined test in order to purchase a handgun, and require load indicators or magazine safety disconnects on new semiauto handguns.

And how do Arnie's positions on guns differ from Cruz's or Davis's?

Oh? Arnold helps promote the anti-gun agenda of Cruz and Davis and you spend the day cheering yourself hoarse for him.

Who is Tom McClintock?

He's the guy who's going to come in second in this election, after that liberal movie star guy.

You two Johnny one-notes just don't realize that the end-all, be-all issue in this election is not gun-control. DUH!

If he drops out, Prop 54 will definitely fail, as may the recall.

Well, whatever the end-all, be-all issue in this race is, you can bet Arnold is on the wrong side of it.

You jumped into this RKBA thread and got your gun-grabber butt handed to you on a platter.

Thanks for the example of what Arnold groupies stand for.

You want to talk abortion? Big government spending? Illegal aliens? Take your pick. If you don't, I'll pick one for you.

But this WAS (and is) a RKBA thread, after all.

Hey, I know all about it. I'm no Arnold guy, I'm just saying Tom may beat Bustamante and then a lot of people are going to have a lot of splaining to do about why we've been told the liberal is the only one who can win.

"I would like to close the loophole of the gun shows."

If I change one word, it gets very scary:
"I would like to close the loophole of that the gun shows."

You've seen those cable locks threaded through the barrel or a cylinder of a revolver (a loophole that shows) and locked with a padlock, haven't you? Lawabiding folks using those locks sure make the world "safe" for criminals!

You don't get it do you?

I am not the slightest bit interested your opinion of California Politics. You are not a California voter. You are an out of state disruptor. You are wasting your time and mine by posting to me.

Have a good life.
