Oklahoma City School Children Pledge Allegence To BLACK Flag!

This is their pledge to the BLACK flag, not American flag, but BLACK flag, said by children of one Oklahoma City innercity school district, the Millwood School District.

We pledge allegiance of the red, black and green
Our flag, the symbol of our eternal struggle,
and to the land we must obtain.
One nation of Black people,
with one God for us all,
Totally united in the struggle for Black Love,
Black Freedom, and Black determination.

Notice it calls for honor to the Black flag, not the US flag. It also calls for separation of Black people onto their own land, given to them by the US. In addition, it calls for students to have Black love, Black freedom, and Black determination. Quite different from "... liberty and justice for ALL."

Your tax dollars are paying for this!!!! No wonder so many innercity kids can't read or write when this is what our educational dollars are being spent on!

Millwood is its own school district, Mom, not part of the Oklahoma City Public Schools. It does lie in OKC city limits however. I am not sure what kind of jurisdiction he would have.

Why can't the professional liberals see that come people want "One nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all," while others want us to be divided into two nations, one White, one Black.

To say that in may places would brand us racist, but it only comes from their own Pledge, their own promise, their own plans, which are recited with official sanction every day.

The quote from the Detroit Afrocentric charter school is from the Boston Globe article that follows my post of the Tony Snow article. Its from deeper in the article, so you have to click over to the Globe article to see it in context. The Detroit public school district's site was giving me trouble last night, but I'll see what else I can dig up today. The Globe article also mentions a non-profit that supports the Afrocentric schooling movement. I'll see what they have as well.

A number of schools who teach afrocentric crap base their curriculum off of the "African-American Baseline Essays". Do a search on that term and you'll find some interesting stuff. Here is an article from Time Magazine that can give you some background information about the Baseline Essays and the fallacies they contain.

I just received this back from OKC Mayor Kirk Humphries whose office was kind enough to provide a phone number for all of us to use:

While the district is within the corporate limits of the City of Oklahoma City, it is an independent school district, and is not a part of the Okc Public School District where we campaigned for the MAPS for Kids improvements.
