I just received this back from OKC Mayor Kirk Humphries whose office was kind enough to provide a phone number for all of us to use:

Your email has been received in the Mayor's office regarding the Millwood School District. While the district is within the corporate limits of the City of Oklahoma City, it is an independent school district, and is not a part of the Okc Public School District where we campaigned for the MAPS for Kids improvements.

We are suggesting you might also wish to express your concerns to Dr. Gloria Griffin, Superintendent at Millwood, as well. Her phone number is (405) 478-1336.
