Exorcist Stephen Rossetti: "Most UFO sightings are likely Demons" š½š±
A Catholic Priest for the Archdiocese of Washington, he explains that demons hide to manipulate us more effectively. "Demons like to hide. They don't want us to know they're out... they can kind of get into your head and manipulate things in the world to influence us to do evil."
"Don't visit mediums, you think you are in touch with dead relatives but it's probably a Demon"
He notes demons can manifest in the physical world as shadow figures, orbs of light, or even UFOs. "There's no question in my mind personally... probably many if not most of these UFO sightings are in fact demons and they can do things that we can't do."
His key message: Our real battle is spiritual. "For our struggle is not with flesh and blood but with the principalities, powers, and rulers of this present darkness with evil spirits."
Rossetti urges staying grounded in faith rather than engaging with mediums, friendly ghosts, or UFO fascination, which can open doors to the demonic.
"Don't be fooled. Focus your eyes on Jesus. Trust in him. He'll bring you safely home."
Powerful insight from decades of experience in deliverance and exorcism.

The Catholic archbishop of Washington, D.C., Cardinal Robert McElroy, on Wednesday removed a well-known priest as an exorcist of the archdiocese after he made public comments suggesting that UFO sightings were the work of demons.
The archbishop said Rossettiās statements ālinking UFOs to demonic presence and the Centerās recent use of social media gravely undermine the Churchās very precise teaching on the devil, demons and exorcism.ā
āThereās a danger here,ā Rossetti said Friday in a video on his Facebook page addressing UFO sightings and the existence of aliens. āAs an exorcist I wanted to raise that danger. And that is that demons like to hide. ... They donāt want us to know what theyāre doing because theyāre more effective when we donāt realize it.ā
Whatever happened to the honor in saying, “I don’t know”?

Response from Msgr. Stephen J Rossetti: 6/3/2026
ā I am saddened by the decision of the Archdiocese of Washington to cut its affiliation with St. Michael Center for Spiritual Renewal (SMC). I ask forgiveness for any ways that I have not been faithful to the teachings of the Churchās Magisterium, particularly in the cited video on āaliens and the demonicā. I believe it is of the utmost importance to be obedient to the Church and I will continue to endeavor to subject all that I do and the Center to be thus obedient. Also, I will continue to encourage all to do so as well. As I often say: āStay in the Boat!ā, that is, stay in the barque of Peter, it will lead you safely home. I am grateful for 19 years of ministering in the Archdiocese of Washington as its exorcist and I thank the Archdiocese for its support and blessing all these years. We will remember the Cardinal and all in ADW in our prayers for its important ministry. SMC plans to continue its ministry elsewhere.
ā God's abundant blessings be yours,
Msgr. Stephen J Rossetti
Well, they gotta be sumthin!.............
Itās his opinion.
Having said that, in the battle of Exorcist vs bureaucratā¦.
That is one of those ‘unknowable’ questions.
I personally don’t believe that, but that’s just my opinion.
Any autonomous entity we encounter during our lives, always has the possibility of being a manifestation of Evil, but I chose not to live that way, under such heavy, generalized pessimism.
A decade ago, the New Horizons probe flew past Pluto. I was all-in on this saga for years, so I read anything on the topic. One thing that caught my attention was the engineersā concern for the probe hitting a random piece of space rock, especially as it approached the Pluto system. They said at 40,000 mph (the probeās cruising speed), all it would take to destroy New Horizons was impact with a rock the size of rice. That didnāt happen thankfully, and we got stunning photos and another demonstration of American exceptionalism.
A few years thereafter, on FR there was a great thread on the physics of space and light-speed travelā¦not a Star Trek or sci-fi talk, but people who actually know physics (wellā¦itās the internetā¦they sounded smartā¦) and math really well. This same physics/math problem aroseā¦.the faster you go, it doesnāt take much in terms of size of what you hit, to wipe you out. Someone posted a formula and there was agreement on this problem. The problem isnāt just that collision damage issue, but even IF you could achieve light speed, youād be exposed to this risk for years if not centuries.
The posters in this thread then posited that this damage issue COULD be overcome if mankind could, say, develop a guidance system that identifies rock etc. and steers around it. The counter to that was at light speed the size of the rock thatād kill you would be so small that 1) no sensor could detect it in time and 2) even if detected, youād have to slow down the spacecraft, swerve, etc. The end of that discussion was that of a ānever say neverā attitude.
Fair enough. Iām not a physicist nor do I play one on TV.
But physics applies to all physical beings. It seems impossible, physically, for ET (or us) to travel at light speed for years to visit wherever, and then go home etc. Itās just not going to happen.
And yet, UFO sightings and aliens and close encounters happen with enough frequency where itās hard to just blame it on drugs.
The answer, not just religiously, but empirically, points to demons. Fallen angels. And Demons really do hate us and want to serve us for dinner.
The funny thing here, is that McElroy likely gave Rossettiās opinion broader exposure than would have happened if he left things alone.
The old National Enquirer would be envious of this fact-based reporting.
Possible ping of interest.
Well Cardinal McElroy just made this guy famous and credible by firing him.
That's really the primary issue here. With all due respect, Cardinal McElroy is a well-known liberal and ecclesiastical tyrant. His issue here is not one of upholding any established doctrine (Fr. Rossetti clearly said it was only his opinion), but one of control.
I’ve always believed that any reports of aliens would likely be demons. After all demons are a biblically named entity.
If someone want’s to get biblical about UFO’s, why do they have to be demons? Why can they not be Gods angels? Is there any reason to believe UFO’s are evil? Think about it, Gabriel was a bad MoFo. Personally, I do not think UFO’s are biblical at all.
Same stuff Tucker Carlson said...as he was being nutty. But who knows...
he explains that demons hide to manipulate us more effectively.
........
An exorcist in the wretched hive of scum and villainy DC should know about demons.
Some voted in 2024 for their obliteration and draining
I believe Tucker said this when interviewing another exorcist, Fr Ripperger.
Ripperger is on the same page as Rossetti.
I believe two Exorcists over a Cardinal every day.
I pretty much agree with him.
Not sure of who or what, But I clearly remember tucker saying he thought these UFOs were from the earth and living in the earth and were demons.
Out of focus demons.
