Heavenly Father, We praise Your Holy Name and thank You for the assurance that You will be in the midst of all of our todays and tomorrows.
We live in troubling times in the United States of America. . .the focus is on the mundane, the trivial, the self-gratifying, the evil intentions. . . when the focus should be on You and Your eternal plan for our lives. Please open the floodgates of truth in this country. We pray for both President Trump’s and Vice-President Vance’s discernment about those who serve around them. We pray for Your angels of protection around them, their families, those seeking Your Will in leadership, the military men and women, defenders of freedom, and Christians standing on Your principles.
Father God, We pray for your uncovering plans of those wishing to destroy the very threads of this Republic.
As the call for peace in the Middle East is shaping up, please help us discern the times. We pray for Jerusalem’s safety knowing as believers in Christ that true and lasting peace will come only when the Prince of Peace, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ returns.
Our Hope in You gives us the realization that no day is without meaning or purpose for the believer. But for those who do not believe in Your Son’s death, burial and resurrection, Where is their hope? Where is their peace? Where is their comfort? Help us witness to unbelievers and also to those who find themselves in churches that do not believe in the inherent Word of God . . . many focusing on adapting teachings to contemporary societal values rather than the absolute adherence to Your Word.
May You always find us faithful . . . doing Your Will Your Way.
