Please join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

Psalm 85:1-13 O Lord, You showed favor to Your land; You restored the captivity of Jacob. You forgave the iniquity of Your people; You covered all their sin. Selah.

You withdrew all Your fury; You turned away from Your burning anger. Restore us, O God of our salvation, and cause Your indignation toward us to cease. Will You be angry with us forever? Will You prolong Your anger to all generations? Will You not Yourself revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?

Show us Your lovingkindness, O Lord, and grant us Your salvation. I will hear what God the Lord will say; for He will speak peace to His people, to His godly ones; but let them not turn back to folly. Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him, that glory may dwell in our land. Lovingkindness and truth have met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Truth springs from the earth, and righteousness looks down from heaven. Indeed, the Lord will give what is good, and our land will yield its produce. Righteousness will go before Him and will make His footsteps into a way.

Father, We bring before You the extremely dire situation in our country. Things are heating up by the day and violence seems to be threatening to overtake us.

Evil men and women are turning up the rhetoric and name calling and false accusations. Protect innocent men and women from physical harm from those who would inflict it.

We ask Lord, that You do indeed revive us and grant us Your salvation. Touch the minds and hearts of the multitudes of people in this country who have been deceived. Open their eyes to the lies they have been fed and and turns their hearts and minds to the truth.

We know that You do not favor any political party, but there are things You are against. Let those who advocate for slaughtering the defenseless, young and old, who advocate for immorality, lying, cheating, slander, human trafficking, gang activity, etc, come to nothing.

Please destroy and bring to nothing all the plans and schemes of evil to manipulate and cheat in this election. We've been praying for it to be exposed, and in Your grace, You have done that, but still, nothing has changed. We ask now that You would change it where we cannot.

In Your mercy, please give us another reprieve. It may not ultimately change anything, but we ask anyways.

Yes, ultimately they are railing against Him, but taking it our on those of us who represent Him.
