Father, You have told us that You watch over Your Word to perform it and that Your angels hearken to Your Word and so we say: “These patriots dwell in the secret place of the Most High. They abide under the shadow of the Almighty. On their behalf, we say of the Lord, You are their refuge and their fortress; “You are God and in You we all trust for them. Surely, You shall deliver them from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. Give Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways. In their hands, they will bear them up lest they dash their feet against a stone. “Because we set our love upon You, therefore You will deliver them. Set them on high.
We call upon You; and You answer us on their behalf. Be with them in trouble. Deliver them and honor them. Satisfy them with a long life and show them Your salvation.
Reveal clearly, Sir, any enemies in their camp. Expose and have them eliminated swiftly and surround them with godly counselors and helpers of excellence wherever they are needed.
