Heavenly Father, having spent several days attending, watching, listening to a traveling "tent revival" ministry, am troubled.
Have not heard much about repentance. Which am given to understand has been the instigation of Your people to Your pouring out of Your Holy Spirit on a person, a people, a nation. Such as in Wales and Korea in about 1904-6. In America in the 1820s-40s in Northeast states. In 1949-52 in the Hebrides Islands. Possibly the early part of the Azuza Street in Los Angeles in 1906 and following, but that one was way tainted, methinks.

Father, we ask for revival, here in the USA and other places, but we have not gathered sufficiently to pray and repent and seek Your forgiveness and face, to request reverently Your Holy Spirit. And Your mercy and not judgement upon us and this our land, America. Please help us to obey Your Word, to do the things that please You and move You, that You may be pleased with us, here in this wicked Babylonian kingdom.
We ask protection, blessing, favor, and mercy, mercy, Lord God, for the leaders, elected, appointed, or hired, who have rule of law, but so often, rule of whim, over us. So much corruption, and invasion and theft and inflation resulting. Our leaders mock You and us, and steal and fornicate, and so do we, so often. Confessing and asking forgiveness, and repenting, for abandoning Your laws and principles. Forgive us. Forgive them, please.
Lord, the last "revivals" here in the usa were tainted by Satan. We know he joins the movements of Yours he cannot stop. Grant us Your gifts, wisdom, and discernment, and let us pray unceasingly Your will for this our nation, the salvation of its people, and our return to You as a righteous nation through the inhabiting believers in Your Son, in whose Name we pray, the Lord Jesus Christ.
