I know probiotics helped me, with symptoms similar.
I try to stay away from certain foods and eat a half cup of Organic yoghurt with some sort of fruit. Mostly peaches or pineapple is cup pkgs. Not all fruits help tho.

Have you tried a gluten free diet?? This could be a autoimmune disorder having to do with gluten intolerance, I am not sure why but MANY, MANY people are starting to have an intolerance to gluten I wonder if it is something being put into our food supply that so many are having these immune disorders!! My friend of many years developed this she was absolutely miserable gluten free diet and poof it was gone!! I KNOW many are suffering with this now BECAUSE all of a sudden there are gluten free foods ALL OVER the grocery stores if there was not a huge market for these items they would NOT be so available!!

Lord Jesus, you know the problem, and I am convinced you will help Patriot777.
Four years now with a GI issue. Age 68 now. Colonscopy fine. All Dr wanted to push was expesnive drugs.
My ticket has been the proper balance of fiber powder. It’s made from Dextrin. Over the counter, cvs, walgreens, walmart, etc.
A few psylium husk capsules a day.

I started taking some Tumeric and Magnesium gummy chews and my stomach issues seem much better. Not sure if they are related.
