It is not entirely clear if you are saying members of the Church of Jesus Christ deny both points mentioned above but I will answer based on denial of both.
I’m not sure where your opinion originates, but it is false on both counts. A hint can be found in the Introduction to the Book of Mormon I believe it is toward the end, and The Gospel of John Ch 1 verse 14 should put to rest the other.
It’s a bit sad that so called Christian’s roaming around FR seem to want to decide among themselves what to believe about other religion’s whether Catholic, LDS, JW, 7th Day Adventist or what have you rather than go to the source for answers. Apparently that doesn’t jive with the narrative. Now where have I heard that before?
At any rate, opinions are from man and man is human, so what you get is subject to human frailties. “Nothing new under the sun”. I suspect once we humans reach the point where truth is all we hear we may tend to change how we think of others, then there is always the Second Great Commandment to contemplate.
Despite all that, if you aren’t repentant and haven’t been baptized by one with authority, saving is still in your future. I believe the Good Book is clear on that.

What I have determined in my research into MormonISM, is that LDS doctrine does NOT deny Jesus being GOD, but that Jesus is not the ONLY god.

Unfortunately you have not. There is but one God. Had you searched with a mind open rather than researched you might have reached the proper conclusion. I suggest a look at the Ten Commandments, also the Title Page, the Introduction to the Book of Mormon, and the last sentence in the Testimony of Three Witnesses where the relationship of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is explained at least to the understanding of Church members.
The Lord’s chosen people, the Children of Israel had the same difficulty understanding God. There were so many of them floating around the promised land that it led to their captivity and scattering. Moses had no such difficulty as he spent forty days and forty nights with the Lord God of Israel and thus knew without doubt. That is the difference between faith and knowledge.

You might have some difficulty finding your next sentence in Church history, as the Bible Dictionary contains this sentence, “Therefore the King James Version remains the principle Bible of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

You have more of the printed word regarding the Church of Jesus Christ than many members.
You should be able to answer the question. Restoration of the Priesthood of God might be a starting point.
