FATHER GOD,

Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in GOD; for I shall yet praise Him, the help of my countenance and my GOD. (Psalm 42:11)

LORD, in a world gone mad people are searching for answers, something on which they can hold. Too many grasp drugs, pornography, sex, gaming, gambling, alcohol for comfort, relief, or escape. All to often these “answers” lead to ruin and death. Without hope, our heart becomes sick (Proverbs 13:12). But You, GOD are hope. Hope for the present and the future. Our hope is in You.

Whatever we go through in this life, we have the hope that GOD will see us through based on His Word (Hebrews 13:5).

Therefore, since we have been made right in GOD’S sight by faith, we have peace with GOD because of what JESUS CHRIST our LORD has done for us. Because of our faith, CHRIST has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing GOD’S glory.

We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly GOD loves us, because He has given us the HOLY SPIRIT to fill our hearts with His love. (Romans 5:1-5)

May we put our hope and faith in You whenever we feel hopelessness or have discouragement in our hearts. When darkness fills our lives, help us not wallow in sorrow because Satan and his minions want to steal our hope. But when we are afraid, we will put our trust in You. (Psalm 56:3)

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to GOD and He will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. (James 4:7-8)

LORD, when lose hope, help us to study and meditate upon Your WORD and declare it over our lives. Help us get our eyes off our circumstances, the chaos around us and rejoice for what You have already provided and done in our lives. Do not allow Satan to put doubt in our heart but believe what You say in Your WORD. Do not allow us to give up. Nothing is impossible with You. (Matthew 19:26)

May we rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble and keep on praying. (Romans 12:12) Because You are our GOD, we have everything we need to be victorious. Our hope and trust are in You. You are in control.

Give us opportunities to share with others the hope that we have in CHRIST so that they may come to know You and have peace that passes understanding in the midst of trial and tribulation.

In JESUS' Name we pray. AMEN.

1 I waited patiently for the Lord;
he inclined to me and heard my cry.

a song of praise to our God.

Dear Lord, we beseech Thee to purge the monstrous Satanic evil that has seized control of our institutions and government ! Bring these evil individuals to justice ! Strike down these wicked individuals and institutions that blatantly and audaciously lie to the public about their true (evil) intentions while painting good people as the real enemy !

Do not let these servants of darkness prevail over Your children ! Send forth Your angels to liberate us, oh, Lord ! Hear our cries and help us, please, dear Lord !
