Holy Lord,
Your desire for us is that we be anxious about nothing, and yet we confess that we live in a time and place where there is much that disturbs our peace. Still, it is not Your will that we be fearful or without hope. Help us, Father, to do as You have taught us---to cast our cares upon You, for You care for us. You show us that even the flowers of the field have no cares because You care for them. How much more do You care for Your beloved children?
Lord, our hope is built on the blood of Jesus, His righteousness, and His finished work. We cannot fix the problems of this world, but we can bring them to You and lay them at Your feet. And we can listen to the voice of the Spirit telling us how you want us to be involved in making this world a better place by sharing the Gospel, showing kindness to our neighbor, being generous with our gifts, being obedient to Your Word, and loving You above all else. What a blessing it is to know that You are our God!
Our hearts are heavy for our brothers and sisters in Ukraine and those Americans left behind in Afghanistan. Lord, rescue them from any hands that seek to shed innocent blood. Defend these nations and place a hedge about them that no one can destroy. Please send Your people to aid and support these people by offering them shelter, food, hope., and Your love.
Surely You care for our military men and women as well. We pray that You preserve their going out and their coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. Father, we confess that You hear our prayers in the day of trouble on behalf of our troops, and that the Name of the God of Jacob defends them. You send help and strength to them, supplying all their needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Thank You that Jesus is the One True Mediator Who ever lives to make intercession for us all. Be exalted, O Lord, in Your own strength: so will we sing and praise Your power.
Lord, we are thankful that during these perilous times when change has been so rapid and has taken us in the wrong direction, yet You have not forsaken us. We take all the limits off You, Lord, and we confess that even in the horrifying sinfulness of these present days, the Precious Blood of Jesus is still sufficient. May the God of our salvation be exalted both now and evermore. In the Name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

I would like to pray for the people of Ukraine and Russia - especially Christians, and those who have deep roots and loved ones spread among both places - and for the future of the entire region. Restoration in Jesus’ name. Revival in Jesus’ name.

Also would like to lift up our own nation’s leaders. For President Biden, Vice President Harris, Secretary Blinken, etc...to heed the call of the Holy Spirit. To pray for wisdom. To do what is right by God, and not just what is politically correct or expedient.

As a believer on the Lord Jesus Christ, and in His Word, the Holy Bible, believe I in angels.

But there are evil angels. Recalling that Satan was the highest angel in Heaven, and he is still one, albeit fallen:
2 Corinthians 11:13
13 “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”
God sent evil angels to Egypt to make them let the Hebrew children go free:
Psalms 78:47
47 He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost. 48 He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts. 49 He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them. 50 He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence; 51 And smote all the firstborn in Egypt;”
Cherubims are angelic creatures of another type; they are actually mentioned before the word “angel” which means “messenger”. But the angel which guarded Eden was a cherubim:
Genesis 3:24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
“Cherubims” are mentioned 64 times in the Bible, and their largest number (18) plus their general description is in Ezekial 10, the whole chapter is dedicated to their description:

And here is the mention of childrens’ guardian angels:
Matthew 18:10 “Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.”

One-third of the angels are fallen from heaven, and evil, along with Satan, who was the highest angel in heaven, guarding the throne of God, before he fell.
Jesus said:
“Luke 10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.”

Thank You, Lord God our Creator, that we may still read the Bible, God’s Holy Word, for more information about angels. Legally. For now. Please prepare us by memorizing Your Word, for the time soon coming when the Bible will once more be illegal tow own or read.
Please help us to remember to “take up our weapons of spiritual warfare” and call out armies of Your heavenly angels to help us, the lost, our nations, and the spread of the Gospel. Thank You, Lord God.

Dear Lord, we beseech Thee to purge the monstrous Satanic evil that has seized control of our institutions and government ! Bring these evil individuals to justice ! Strike down these wicked individuals and institutions that blatantly and audaciously lie to the public about their true (evil) intentions while painting good people as the real enemy !
Do not let these servants of darkness prevail over Your children ! Send forth Your angels to liberate us, oh, Lord ! Hear our cries and help us, please, dear Lord !
