Heavenly Father –
We turn to You for our help during these evil days.
World events are as distressing ever. But it’s always been so since the Fall, yet with our modern gadgets:
We confess our wickedness, having our own way. Our sins have led us into the darkness, bearing the bitter fruit of chaos, unrest, turmoil, violence.
Grant us a heart of repentance as we hold to this promise:
And if it be Your will, Father, may the Spirit move in the hearts of our people, sparking revival and healing and another Great Awakening.

Amen! thank you NEWwoman for your comforting prayer on a very “tough day,” as the frail, tired old man in the White House said.
Dear Father, we all fall so short, so often. Forgive us Lord and hear our prayers. Forgive our savage and lost enemies for the evil they do in the name of their false God. they are blind. Forgive our current leader and his servants Lord for the harm they have done: for he recalls the words of Your servant Isaiah and it is strange to hear them in his mouth.
Is 6:8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying: “Whom shall I send? Who will go for Us?” And I said: “Here am I. Send me!”
Is 6:9 And He replied: “Go and tell this people, ‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving.’
Is 6:10 Make the hearts of this people calloused; deafen their ears and close their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed.”
Lord did You give him that verse knowing the full import of the Word and Isaiah’s task for You? We ask for our loved ones sake that You help us and him and them who exercise power over us to hear our own deafness and understand, to see our own blindness and perceive—to “turn and be healed;” Please help him, Lord, to at least see well enough to stop the killing of our men and women in harm’s way and bring them home safe. We commend the souls of the lost ones to You and Your benevolent care. We ask Comfort for those bereaved left behind them. As Jeremiah said, we know the care you have for Your people. We know the good You have in store for us from Your Word:
Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Jer 29:12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
And again i join with NEWwoman in reminding You of Your beautiful Promise as above:
Jer 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
Lord touch our mouths with the hottest coal. Cleanse us. Help us to search for You with all our heart. In Jesus Name I ask with thanksgiving! Amen.

May more repent and turn away from the darkness.
Lord, we lift up the families of those killed in Kabul yesterday. We lift up the young widows, the Gold Star families, and the loved ones.
We lift up those who have been critically injured during the explosions. May they be restored.
We lift up our soldiers and the missionaries who remained trapped in this hostile environment. Father God, we pray for mercy. We pray for their safe passage home.

FATHER, we gather as one to sing Your Praises;
thank You for all things.
What we, as a nation, witnessed this day has turned
our stomachs and given us resolve to bring down those
who are determined to destroy this, Your Legacy, given to
Your Children.
We pray for those who were needlessly murdered, their
families and loved ones. We pray for our siblings trapped in a savage, foreign land with little hope they will ever
make it home.
We pray You will calm our anger and the churning of our
stomachs. We pray You Justify what this imposter of a leader has done, and reveal to him a small fraction of Your
Wrath.

Dear Lord, we beseech thee to purge the monstrous Satanic evil that has seized control of our institutions and government ! Bring these evil individuals to justice ! Strike down these wicked individuals and institutions that blatantly and audaciously lie to the public about their true (evil) intentions while painting good people as the real enemy !
Do not let these servants of darkness prevail over your children ! Send forth your angels to liberate us, oh, Lord ! Hear our cries and help us, please, dear Lord !
