I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

Heavenly Father,
You are our hiding place. You preserve us from trouble and surround us with songs of deliverance. You instruct us and teach us in the way we should go. You guide us with your eye. These are the promises You have given to us, Lord, and we draw strength and courage from them.
Father, we do not fret because of evildoers, neither are we envious against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass and wither as the green herb. Instead, we trust in You, Lord, and we endeavor to do good. We delight ourselves in You, and You give us the desires of our hearts. We rest in You and wait patiently for You.
Forgive us, Lord, for we have failed miserably to stand for Your truth. We have led lives of apathy and selfish focus on things that have no eternal value. Help us to repent. Save us from this present evil age, Lord. Help us to hate sin and flee from it.
We pray for the leaders of our nation to come to the light. May all who are harming this country and the people of other nations be removed from office. May the people who walk in darkness see the light, and may Your light shine upon those in the shadow of darkness. Choose for us leaders who are just, and may they rule by the fear of You, Lord. May they fall down before You, and may all people in our country serve You---the Living God . Help us to worship You in spirit and in truth; and to live lives of godliness, integrity, and fruitfulness.
Lord, please establish Your dominion in our nation. May we submit to the rule and reign of Jesus Christ and the power of His salvation! Let peace be restored in our nation like a river. May righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit increase in our nation, and may Your healing waters flow into America.
We commit to You the Afghani people and the Americans who have been abandoned. Lord, please send Your people to help them and awaken those who have the power to make a difference for good. May Your peace sustain them, Lord. Restore hope in their hearts. Protect all those who are in danger from the Taliban. May the innocent be invisible to those who seek to destroy them. Save the young girls, the babies, the women, and the men who seek to protect them. Lord, we pray for Your powerful answers for these people.
Yes, You are our hiding place, Precious Lord. Help us to be still so that we may hear those songs of deliverance that only You can provide. We thank You for the hope we have in Jesus Christ. In His Name we pray. Amen.

Amen! thank you Faith and Our Father for granting us the precious opportunity to pray together. may our prayers be clear, effective and pleasing to Your Ears.
Father forgive us, for we so often don’t even know what to pray, so we pray for our brothers and sisters in harm’s way, Your children fighting perhaps for their very survival in Afghanistan. We ask that you send Your Comforter to stay their fear, for fear is the mind slayer, and fear is the main weapon of the enemy. We ask for the strength to rebuke it, Lord. We ask that you stop and shame all the purveyors of fear—the users of fear to gain victory over us. We ask that You lend Your Omnipotent Presence to those in harm’s way tonight. We ask that you defeat the enemy and all his servants in Afghanistan. We don’t know how this will be done, only that You can and You will in Your good time. Thank You Lord for Your laying it all down for us. Teach us to lay it down with You, if we must. Your servant John said: “There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear involves punishment. The one who fears has not been perfected in love.”
Lord allow Your servants the power and grace to—especially our soldiers, our blessed peace makers—to protect the innocent and safeguard themselves.
And please impart Your Wisdom to and guide directly the actions of those allowed power over us (no matter what their intent) for the good of all.
Then Lord God, please teach us to put away our fears and love with a more perfect love—a servant’s love. A love willing to go though and do whatever is necessary to please You. And Lord fill Your servants everywhere—especially those in Afghanistan—with a love that drives out fear. And a love that makes them willing to serve You and Your Will. And if it is Your Will that they or we must lay it down, then give us a heart to do it with Your Joy—a joy that to be absent from the body is to be present with You. Please lend us and them the strength to face our enemies with no fear! Call now from us and those in harm’s way the courage of our forefathers and mothers. To show them they cannot touch us where it counts. To show them that we belong to You. That we are not ashamed to go to You, anytime, anyplace. For Your Holy Name’s sake I pray. Amen.

FATHER, we thank You for all things. We thank You for the
opportunity to hear words of HOPE this evening after a week of abhorrent, terrifying news. We pray You will understand
why so many who have been betrayed by our elected leaders seek Justice and the opportunity to see Justice fall on every deserving official. Please hear our prayers. Make it so, O! LORD, make it so.

In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and according to the authority He gave us in Mt. 16:19, 18:18, and Luke 10:19, we now bind the strongman over all operations and persons in the Taliban, Hamas, and Isis operating in Afghanistan.
We ask You, Father, to loose blindness, confusion, judgement, over and into each and every one of these persons searching out people to kill main, torture, rape and destroy.
We also ask for the ability to love and forgive and bless each and every unsaved and wicked person of the Taliban, Hamas, and Isis, and all the precious muslims whom created, love, and desire to save, remembering that we are no better than they, but are Your children, as they are at this time Satan’s.
Even as they search out and kill Christians. Save them, Lord.

Dear Lord, we beseech thee to purge the monstrous Satanic evil that has seized control of our institutions and government ! Bring these evil individuals to justice ! Strike down these wicked individuals and institutions that blatantly and audaciously lie to the public about their true (evil) intentions while painting good people as the real enemy !
Do not let these servants of darkness prevail over your children ! Send forth your angels to liberate us, oh, Lord ! Hear our cries and help us, please, dear Lord !
