Heavenly Father –

As 2021 begins as 2020’s ugly sister, let us put our trust in You during these dark days.

Lies replace truth. Evil is out in the open and seems so strong. Who can stand?

It’s an upside down world, as the prophet Isaiah had given warning:

Yet we understand from Your Word this would happen. And we pray for strength and wisdom to brace ourselves for evil to run its course.

We lift up President Trump during these trying times. May his faith be strengthened through these trials and his true friends be revealed. May You set him on Your preordained path to glorify You Father.

And may we look up to Heaven for our help:

Grant all God’s people a heart of repentance. Fill us with the Holy Spirit. Grant us discernment. Equip us to fight the spiritual battles before us until You come for us.
