An ultra-Orthodox Israeli student now living in Colombia said that he spotted a kosher red heifer on Wednesday that would be available immediately upon the coming of the Messiah reports Radio 2000. The man took footage of the animal, and claims that halakhic (Jewish legal) authorities have confirmed that at first glance, it is indeed kosher.
The student purchased the cow for an undisclosed but large sum of money.
Currently, the Temple Institute who approved its purchase is waiting to ensure that she doesnt grow any white or black hairs. If it doesnt it will be officially declared a red heifer. However, if a black or white calf is born to her, it can no longer be considered a red heifer.
Last month, Rabbi Azaria Ariel, traveled to an undisclosed ranch in Israel to lead the Temple Institutes efforts to raise a red heifer for the performance of the commandment of producing the purifying ashes of the red heifer. He recently inspected the current red heifer candidates and shared their status.
One of the two more mature candidates is still very viable, even though it has a few hairs which arent sufficiently red, as required by halacha (Jewish law).
Two new candidates were born in the early months of 2020, and they are currently viable. The ordinance of the red heifer is described in the Bible:
This is the ritual law that Hashem has commanded: Instruct Bnei Yisrael to bring you a red cow without blemish, in which there is no defect and on which no yoke has been laid. (Numbers 19:2)
The purifying power of the ashes of the red heifer posses the ability to overcome the spiritual impurity contracted via physical contact with a corpse or cadaver, known in Hebrew as טמא מת tamei met. The renewal of the ashes of the red heifer would enable kohanim (Temple priests) today to achieve the highest level of spiritual purity, allowing them to resume their work in the Holy Temple.
This would eliminate one more stumbling block on the way to rebuilding the Holy Temple and renewing the Divine service.

A Red Heifer was accidentally found in Colombia.
With all that is going on in Israel, this is a rather intriguing find.
It looks kind of brownish to me. Is it the lighting?
Red heifer say: Eet no porck
Solemn Assembly this weekend in D.C. to pray for our country to repent from its wickedness and for God to heal the land.
That looks like a Rust Color to me. Does it qualify as ‘red’?
I’m not an Orthodox Jew, so I couldn’t say one way or another.
We all need to participate and repent.
So what? The book of Hebrews makes clear the days of sacrifices are over. Progressive revelation doesnt go backwards.
I pray it goes well and for protection.
A story like this comes up every couple of years. As I understand it to be the exact perfect “kosher” red heifer, it can’t have even a single strand of hair of another color.
Sort of like counting straws on 1000 brooms.
I’m sure Orthodox Jews are taking note of The book of Hebrews as they prepare for their Temple. /s
I agree with that.
Lately it’s been multiple episodes per year.
One of these days soon they’ll find “that perfect one”.
That's a silly sentence. If it has a calf - it won't be a heifer any more.
Some of these young whippersnappers just don’t have the eye.
What would whatever Orthodox Jews are doing have to do with the gospel?
Do religious Jews accept that?
Jewish translations use cow instead of heifer.
Makes no difference, as the ashes of previous red cows are needed to purify the priest who is preparing the next red cow.
My point exactly since you brought up the Book of Hebrews.
