FReeper(Prince of Space) initial prayer request:I’m asking for prayers for my son-in-law. My daughter just informed me tonight that she’s leaving him this weekend while he’s out of town. I knew they were having problems and she “wasn’t happy,” but I was hoping she’d come to her senses and realize she was being stupid. Unfortunately, she hasn’t. They’re both 32, have been married for 7 years with no kids, and they are employed.
The reason I’m asking for prayers is the way she’s chosen to leave the marriage. He’s coming home Sunday to a note explaining that she’s gone. I love him to death but he’s got a negative outlook on life in general. I know how I’d feel if it happened to me and my heart breaks for him. I believe he also has a gun, although we live in Arizona so who doesn’t?
I’ve been here for over 20 years, including as a lurker, but this is only my second post. I’m really feeling anxious about this situation so I’m asking freepers to lift up Adam in prayer and surround his heart with love to help him get through this dark time. Thank you in advance!Update:
They’re talking a little but I have no clue if they’ll work out their problems or if she’s thrown in the towel. It would be such a shame because he’s a great guy overall. I think she’ll regret this decision in the future but she’s not a long term thinker. She’s really smart — learned to read by age 4, spelling bee champion of her school for 4 years running — but she’s impulsive, idealistic, and kinda dumb at the same time. They really need as many prayers as you can spare, TBH.

He is 75 years old.
Please pray for strength for both of them, as they go through this ordeal together.

FReeper(InFool7) initial prayer request:Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts and prayers Bill has been through so very much. Bill is a Navy Vet and has served our country for many years it's not a pretty story but like all of us there are many ups and downs. Please also Pray for his children Erin and Ellen. There is so much family difficulty that must also be overcome. Despite it all I know God is at work.
Lots going on I hope I haven't missed anyone.

Father God,
We lift Your name and glorify Your goodness and love to all Your children!
Thank You, Father, for this opportunity to pray among FRiends!
Thank You for infool7’s dedication in channeling prayer requests for our FR community.
We lift him up, and his brother Bill, asking for healing and recovery for Bill from any trace of infection or lingering effects.
Cleanse and restore Bill from head to toe, we pray, that he may live to serve You in gratitude and renewed dedication.
Take a guiding Hand to Erin and Ellen, Lord, that they may know their spiritual Father as well as their earthly father, and have faith in Your plan and power over every situation.
If any in this situation are not saved, we pray for their repentance and restoration in the Holy Spirit, so that their future path may become illuminated with joy in the Lord in all circumstances.
We ask for a healing on all tensions within the family that are straining everyone’s immune systems and vitality. Let Your Presence be known and Your will be done,

UPDATE:
My hubby had a biopsy yesterday. The surgery part went well, and skin was loose enough that a graft was not needed. Now we wait for results. He’s on restricted activity till 11/30. Hoping and praying that it’s not cancer.
Heavenly Father,
Guard, protect, and heal Your servant, Bill. Bring healing to Bill and also to his children, Erin and Ellen. Shower Your grace upon them and give them healing and strength in body, mind, and spirit.
In Jesus’ Name,
