A few years ago a young lady with two children moved in to our area of our complex. She worked, no father, her mother came around sometimes, never did see the grandfather...
I have a grandson living with me along with my daughter. Our neighbor and children and my grandson fit right together...the mother was nice, we helped when we could, she would come and visit at late afternoon with us old 8 ladies, and we loved her and her children as did my daughter and grandson...
Yesterday we received word that she had been kidnapped on her way to work. She had to move back with her parents because a new company had bought our complex, and she couldn’t afford it. Apparently she was taken we are told by the ex, and we don’t know where she is. Her parents are besides themselves. We don’t know what to do but pray, which we are, and placing the whole family in a prayer circle our Church has...
I am asking if we could get more prayer, as her parents are tending for the two boys. The boys are very worried that they will never see their mom again...it’s a mess, and only God will be able to save her to come back to her children...
Prayers for Jessie to overcome the mental anguish and is able to transition back to a normal life. Also, so glad to hear that she has been rescued finally.

So glad the creep is in jail. May Jessie heal and get back to before. You’re a good friend!
I was so concerned about this when you first posted. The idea that she was going to reconcile sounded like a horrible plan. I prayed for the best possible outcome. Perhaps this is it. If he is indeed going to prison, hopefully it will remove him from her and kids’ lives, whereas before it wouldn’t have removed him and he would have remained a constant threat.

Lord Jesus Christ, be near Thy servant Jessie who suffered this drama, and help her regain mental and physical strength.
May the perpetrator see justice and repent, and change his life.

So glad that Jessie is safe from that maniac and prayers for healing.
