URGENT PRAYER REQUEST for HarleyLady27’s former neighbor, who has been kidnapped by her ex-husband. Please address your prayers to HARLEYLADY27.
A few years ago a young lady with two children moved in to our area of our complex. She worked, no father, her mother came around sometimes, never did see the grandfather...
I have a grandson living with me along with my daughter. Our neighbor and children and my grandson fit right together...the mother was nice, we helped when we could, she would come and visit at late afternoon with us old 8 ladies, and we loved her and her children as did my daughter and grandson...
Yesterday we received word that she had been kidnapped on her way to work. She had to move back with her parents because a new company had bought our complex, and she couldn’t afford it. Apparently she was taken we are told by the ex, and we don’t know where she is. Her parents are besides themselves. We don’t know what to do but pray, which we are, and placing the whole family in a prayer circle our Church has...
I am asking if we could get more prayer, as her parents are tending for the two boys. The boys are very worried that they will never see their mom again...it’s a mess, and only God will be able to save her to come back to her children...

I’m praying but it is obvious this is not being dealt with in a smart and proper way.
Praying for her to find a way to escape with the children. Praying for you, as her friend, and for the rest of her family. Praying also that God will intervene and get her out. I know first-hand that He can do that - He did for me 42 years ago.
Prayers up for the protection, safety, and rapid return to her family of Jessie. God bless her, her family and loved ones, and all who are in a similar situation of need.

FReeper(HarleyLady27) Update:(From Stars and Stripes) HarleyLady27 gave me the following update concerning her former neighbor Jessie, who was kidnapped by her husband. She needs prayer more than ever! God bless HarleyLady27 and the other grannies for their concern and love for their neighbor.
From HarleyLady27 regarding Jessie:
The management of the Hotel where he had her handcuffed, etc...called the police...they said they had been there and she didn’t want to leave (finding out he was holding a gun on her) and the management told them they didn’t want them there and if they weren’t going to get them out, the management would...
After a few phone calls to the ‘commander’ they decided to take her out of there...
It was terrible...she was badly beat up, he had her drugged and drunk, she was crying that he wouldn’t let her go...they took her to the hospital and she stayed there a few days...
Heard from her today, she is back with her parents and kids, she is seeing a therapist... he on the other hand is going to prison...kidnapping; contributing illegal drugs, bodily harm to another person, there are so many things he is guilty of...
But she’s doing okay...her dad takes her to work, and he picks her up, will be that way for a while...

Thank the Lord for her safe return! SOOOO glad to hear she will be alright.
Glad to hear that she is out of that situation.
Dear Lord, protect these children and give their mother the grace she needs to protect and nurture them. Guide the father to towards a righteous path or else away from them.
This through the intercession of Your Holy Family.
Abba Father, cradle Jessie and her children in Your loving arms. Help them to feel Your love and presence. Send angels to minister to her.
I feared something bad but didn’t imagine she would go through something this bad. But God has preserved her and she is physically recovering and soon she will recover from the emotional strain, little by little.
Please tell her we are praying for her and she is in our thoughts.
And thank you for being such a caring good friend to your former neighbor.
