Patriots are reminded that the Founding States made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, evidently a good place to hide these clauses from Congress (sarc), to clarify the following.
All federal legislative / regulatory powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, or in non-elected federal bureaucrats running so-called “federal regulatory agencies,” the IRA and EPA as examples.
In other words, the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress wrongly establishes constitutionally undefined federal regulatory agencies imo, so that career lawmakers can hide behind faceless federal bureaucrats regarding unpopular federal government policies, Congress weakening citizens' constitutionally enumerated voting power by doing so.
In fact, consider that probably most federal domestic policy is based on stolen state powers.

In this case, Congress is wrongly not taking constitutional responsibility for tax-exempt status for Satanic Temple.
And since federal bureaucrats do Congress's dirty work to oppress the states and their citizens by abusing state powers that Congress lets bureaucrats steal from the states, lawmakers are able to keep their voting records clean, fooling low-information voters, including undocumented Democrats, into reelecting them by doing so.

Patriots not only need to elect new patriot lawmakers in the 2020 elections who will promise to support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, patriot lawmakers also need to support PDJT in surrendering state powers that the feds have stolen from the states back to the states.
And to make such a change permanent, PDJT needs to lead patriot lawmakers to successfully petition the states to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.
