Fifty hand-picked Christians were part of a seminal conference last week planned by Matthew Vines, a 23-year-old gay Christian who believes Scripture allows for monogamous homosexual activity, in an effort to spread the idea in the American church over the next decade.
Vines says he has had success in convincing lay members of churches over the last year that monogamous homosexual activity is allowed by Scripture, but is encountering resistance from Scriptural scholars. He is likely to encounter much more, say theologians.

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious crutch."

Indeed. Besides, isn’t that “intolerant” of non-monogamous homosexual activity? I mean really. If one rejects Jesus’ definition of marriage as 1 man to 1 woman in Matthew 19:4-6, shouldn’t anything be “permissible” in the mind of such a person?
why is he campaigning...There are plenty of churches now who have this view.
I say “Leave me alone!” If I wanted a “different” view of christianity i would change churches....Its called “freedom of religion” and this guy has “freedom of speech”. I say to this guy” Just stop hassling me and “forcing” your views on me.”
Maybe it is related to the great falling away, that is predicted in the Bible.

I’ve posted this before from our lib parish: once or twice a year , our idiot parish has a GAY WEEK mass and every homo, fudgepacker and ass muncher shows up and ruins the mass by acting like idiots.
When it’s NOT Gay Week, these same clowns are nowhere to be seen. They sick pukes would prefer to be gays FIRST, and Christians LAST. If they really were Christians as they announce to be...where are they when it’s NOT gay week?
