Let’s get one thing straight.
In this battle over same-sex ‘marriage’ it often sounds like those pushing the dismantling of traditional marriage have the upper hand in terms of love. ‘You are opposed to love!’; ‘How does the love between me and my partner affect you in your marriage?’; ‘Why can’t I be allowed to love whomever I choose?’
These are the tough arguments from ‘love’ facing those who are fighting to protect marriage from radical redefinition.
In truth, however, love is the principle reason to fight same-sex ‘marriage.’
You see, law is a teacher and enshrining same-sex ‘marriage’ in law would lead many people to believe that homosexual sexual relations are equal to those of heterosexual married couples. The difficulty, of course, is that while sexual acts between heterosexual married couples can be totally healthy and positive, the same can never be said of sexual acts between persons of the same sex, whether they happen within a relationship given the name “marriage” or not.
Our bodies were not designed for that behavior, and our anatomy itself gives that testimony. The negative mental and physical health consequences that flow from homosexual sex are many and the medical evidence pointing to them is readily available on LifeSiteNews.

On the big issues everything is great. My wife and children know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Work is very difficult because of taxes that I'm passing on to tenants in the form of higher rents. The older tenants on fixed income are upset and it bothers me because some will have to move, but if I don't pass on the added costs I will have to begin converting units to condos. As I've been telling tenants "elections have consequences".

Is there a best legal form online for an owner to protect himself when he gets a tenant to sign?
A relative was injured when a tenant left a 2nd house he owns but can’t move in this housing market, so he rented it. He’ll probably have to rent it again, but doesn’t want to go through this same thing.
He’ll probably have to replace all carpet, repair a deck, etc. Costs beyond any normal security deposit.

This last election with Romney running and Obama winning tells us the condition of our country. Neither were worthy of the Presidential seat by any means.
The battle will always wage....The left is doing what it always has done, just moreso and powerfully so...'the problems' are with the right who have moved to the left...and the left continues to move further to the left....there is no middle ground for that is now fully left....the lessor of the two evils. The question is... what is there now to distinguish the two?
This homosexual push should have never come to the courts...so how did that happen in the first place?... the same for Roe vs Wade.... Simple...there are not enough people pushing back.... Thus we have things as they are.
I don't see the right doing anything much at all to stop it any more than they have the other issues Americans have concern for. The Republican Party has gone to the "dark" side IMO....and have no desire but to reach out and hold hands with the Democrates.

I remember when Roe vs Wade went down...I told my sons at that time that once you deny the sanctity of life to our most precious and innocent individuals, which we are called to protect,you can be assured that the next generations will have no moral compass...everything will be permissive and justified as their “right”.
The generation now has no understanding of the difference between right and wrong, nor of the difference between a right and privilege....and for them it simply doesn't matter...each to his own....and they are in free-fall for it all.

In the market I'm in the laws are so weighted in favor of tenants I don't take deposits. What I do is run credit reports. If a tenant has good to excellent credit I rent to them. If their credit is fair to poor the answer is no. Also, I don't offer 1 yr leases. I only rent on a month to month lease. My experience has been if a tenant wants to break the lease they can find a way and if they are a problem tenant an annual lease makes it hard for me to get rid of them.
I don't know if it's popular in your market, but here we charge a non-refundable move in fee of about a half month's rent.This can off set some of the repair costs. Also, if your relative continues to rent the house, when they do repairs look more at durability and cost rather than style. Tenants will not take care of the property.
They had or not a say....there simply was not enough outcry behind what little objection there was then. I lived through that.. and saw there was little outcry nor interest to to do because “the people” had put their trust in SCOTUS....never imagining they'd rule as they did. They were blindsided before they even got their heads around it.
It is not much different today, only that now those who are so deeply entrenched in government are simply far more adapt at pulling the wool over the eyes of dumb-downed public, and ‘made certain’ through our educational system and removing parental authority over their children so it will be so...
We have lost the battle for the “minds” and “hearts” of our nation...as a whole. Thus we see the result playing out now. And we can contribute much of this to the infiltration and agendas of those who are set to destroy the power once behind this nation and it's families.
God warned us clearly these days would come when what is evil would be called good and good evil. We are there in the very fact this issue is before SCOTUS.

Again, I ask the same question as I have asked others...
Will you be better off when SCOTUS is forced to get involved, and render a judgement which is in favor of homosexual marriage? IOW a state issue then becomes a national issue with every state following the SCOTUS decision.

Aside from the public ramifications....Ask any Doctor in an ER Trauma center what he sees on a daily basis with these people who abuse one another.
A family member had a rude awakening when she began her training in the ER Trauma Center....beyond apprehending the things they do to one another.
Just as with any harmful sexual addiction..it takes more and more to satisfy the urges, with homosexuality it is never satisfied and therefore in time becomes more abusive in every sense of the word.... None come away from it unscathed.

Interesting there was a time when college students would debate the issues or morals.....now they simply don't debate at all!...which is far worse...they just ‘accept’ any and all faces of morality.
.... If they debate at all it's that no one has any commodity on truth....and they debate from that point on to persuade the sick and demoralized forms of tolerance we also see playing out today. The nation is dumb-downed and this generation is sorely blind to it.....but they are, as surely, instictively now setup to follow a leader who will take them off the cliff....and they will follow. They have nothing to hold onto otherwise.

Yes, most stay several years as long as I hold up my end making sure repairs are done in a timely manner. I do get burned on occasion, but the flip side is if I have a tenant who doesn't respect other tenant's rights to privacy it's easy to get rid of them.
One suggestion is if you can just have hardwood floors. It's easier and cheaper to buff them and put down another coat of polyurethene when tenants move. If you have carpeting think about dyeing it instead of replacing it.
Using tainted blood is fault of the institution handling blood. More people by orders of magnitude than that incident die in hospitals every year due to human errors. What does that have to do with abhorrent homo-sexual behavior?

precisely- some peopel will justify anything and blame everythign but the actual problem- Aids IS spread by gay peopel by and large- with many even doign so knowingly and with careless abandon- The gay popluation is and has always been a dangerous segment to society despite hte howls fro mthe left that ‘they don’t bother anyone’- like heck they don’t!
