Again, I ask the same question as I have asked others...
Will you be better off when SCOTUS is forced to get involved, and render a judgement which is in favor of homosexual marriage? IOW a state issue then becomes a national issue with every state following the SCOTUS decision.

The States under the 9th Circuit wishing to prevent the perversion of marriage from happening can't. The Feds have already spoken. Again I ask you, where is your federalism that you advise to stick to?
The answer to your infantile question has already been revealed by the 9th, LOL. With the rate of Obama's appointments, the other circuit courts will follow the 9th thus making any SCOTUS appeal moot in your eyes, while the Feds prevail and federalism destroyed.
