If Mitt Romney is elected president of the United States, his religion, a serious, cultic distortion of the Bible and history in the eyes of many evangelicals, will have new standing and credibility, and likely experience an acceleration of its already fast expansion.
Under Romney, some policies may languish in the swampy squish of centrism, one that embraces elements of Obamacare. If his leadership in Massachusetts is a sample, Romney may attempt to combine statist, modified Keynesian economics with Reaganesque supply-side policies, a mixture of oil and water. He is untested on national defense and foreign policy.
If President Obama is re-elected he will continue the overturning of a value-system often in direct contradiction with biblically aligned morality and ethics, including expansion of abortion, and official affirmation of same-sex marriage.
As we noted in the previous article in this series, the next Obama administration likely will have secularism as the underlying motif of policy, utilitarianism as the measure of the right to life, equivalency as the standard for universal values, internationalism as the context for foreign policy, statism as the means for the "general welfare," unfettered Keynesianism as the basis for economic policy, and anti-institutionalism as the attitude toward traditional values institutions.
Why would God give us either of these men?
The Bible leaves no doubt that God is in charge of nations as well as individuals. Among those passages is Proverbs 21:1, which says, "The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes." Daniel 2:21 is just as blunt when it declares, "He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings…"
So why would God do it? Why would he raise up a president from a belief system that, to some, seems a parody and caricature of the Bible and history, or a president who officially endorses a moral code contradictory to Scripture?
There are a couple of reasons apparent in the Bible, and probably many more in the yet hidden mysteries of God. First, God will raise up national leaders in the best interests of His Kingdom and its advance in the world. Jesus reveals in Matthew 24:14 that the expansion of His Kingdom of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17) is the whole point of history. God knows what will make nations fertile for the seeding of His Kingdom, and the kinds of leaders necessary to bring about those conditions.
Second, the accumulation of judgment for the sins of a nation will determine the type of leader God will raise up. There is a point of "fullness" of sins (Genesis 15:16) where the perfect mercy of God must give way to the perfect justice of God. This occurs when a nation rejects God despite His pleadings and prophetic warnings. That judgment may be in the form of a national leader who guides the country into disaster, leading to people waking up and turning back to the Lord and His gracious ways.
In the short term, supporters of the loser will be disappointed and anxious about the immediate future. Obama's extreme partisans fear a nation where freedoms are severely limited, and conservative values imposed on everyone if Romney wins. Romney's most fervent voters fear that if Obama is elected, it is the end of America.
However, everyone must pull way back, and get the largest of perspectives. If God is in charge, and the whole tangled business of elections and governing is leading ultimately to the "blessed hope" (Titus 2:13), then there can be rejoicing even in the midst of what will be defeat for one of those candidates and their voters.

Bishop Romney is first, a powerful religious leader with the possibility of becoming a God, that is why he needed the personal approval of his Holy Prophet before he would take on this pursuit of the presidency, it is why he has approval of the Quorum of 70, and this seeking of the presidency is part of his service to Mormonism.
Romney does not merely attend a church, he is part of a secretive cult, and his actions today and in the White House will all be a part of winning the title of God, as bestowed on him based solely on his service to Mormonism.
Mitt is striving to become literally a God, as our God is to us, the actual deity of his own planet of worshipers, his service to Mormonism decides that, not his service to the United States, or to the American people.
This is a first, and even his Secret Service personnel will have to be members, not only of the Mormon church, but of the inner sanctum of the Mormon church, the Temple Mormons. Mormon Secret Service personally vetted and approved by the Mormon cult, and issued ID by them if they are to enter into one of those Mormon temples, whatever transpires in there will forever remain secret to the world outside of Temple Mormons.

someone may have any standing of any kind in their church, it does not translate to how and why or why not the majority of people vote, or don’t vote for them, or should, or should not vote for them,
there is far too much separation of Church and state in American politics to believe religious theory conspiracies about electing anyone of any faith
Mitt is striving in his personal life to be and live as his faith and belief teaches him to be; as do all of us in our own way; as did G.W. Bush and others like him in their own way;
but, the NATION was not electing them to represent their faith, nor to be a representative of their faith;
and I have no more fear of Mitt giving strength or policy preferences to his Church, than I did John Kennedy for his Church, in as much as I am propably almost as much NOT a Roman Catholic as I am NOT a Mormon;

Something that you aren't aware of, is that Bishop Romney, a devoted, devout, powerful, Mormon leader, is not merely not Christian, but has devoted his life and 10s of millions of his personal dollars, to defeating Christianity.
Mormonism was created as a ANTI-CHRISTIAN cult, it exists to defeat Christianity, nothing is more anti-Christian than Mormonism, it is why it wears the look alike appearance, uses the words Jesus, and Christ, it is why they will use the bible and lies to seduce you, and then replace the bible with the book of Mormon and explain to you that you to, can become God, that Jesus and Satan are brothers, that God used to be just like you, a man, and that you can become just like him, a God.
A Muslim holds a sword up to me and says convert or die a Christian, a Mormon holds up the bible to me and says, let me explain this to you, and make you a God.

Yes we are electing an actual religious leader, whether you know it or not, a man who to become a God must govern in service to his religious cult, his sole measure of success will be in how true to Mormonism that he remains, if he strays, then he not only loses heaven, but he will never attain Godhood.
It is absurd for you to compare such a powerful religious leader and a future God, with a mere church member like Reagan, or JFK, or anyone else, even a regular Mormon.
The ignorance of the voter does not change what Bishop Romney is in terms of being a powerful religious leader.

Very well received. According to the numbers in the paper, about one-fourth of the whole county showed up. Probably a higher percentage of county adults than that, but there was no breakdown by age. The pictures in the paper didn't seem to show many children.
PLEASE DO NOT try to interpret my words... not when you have me to define what I meant by their use. Screw joeseph smith... the heathen that he was. Screw Mormonism. I have two choices... one will lead to the protection of Israel and America and to the start of repairing the damage of 100 years of progressive cancer that was created by the left and is killing America today and one will continue the destruction of America... the promotion of islam and satan and evil will reign over us with ever increasing pain, suffering and death. There are two men running... both are flawed men. I will vote for Mitt Romney because he will at least give us part of what we need to move Conservatism back into the mainstream and to rebuild our security and set the stage for what I hope will eventually be... after we elect a true Conservative that will finish the job we must start in November... a revival of GOD back into our daily lives.
Mitt will not lie to the parents of our fallen soldiers and he will not send form letters that are machined signed... to those parents when their child is killed defending our Freedoms. His Secretary of Defense will not hold a mother's face in his hands like panetta did... and tell her a bald-faced lie about how her son died.
obama would never have closed a business that he was running and pay all his employees their full salaries and cover 100% of their expenses to fly to NY with him and set up a command center to help find the daughter of a man that worked for him and whose daughter had runaway from home and was using drugs and living on the means streets of NY. obama has never worked at a business... much less managed one. Mitt did all of that for an employee's little girl... and I heard the man tell Beck about it live three weeks ago. That little girl is now under care and she has returned to school and is once again embracing her Church. BTW... that man was a Catholic. obama would never pay for milk for our wounded soldiers at Walter Reed... because the budget didn't allow enough funding to supply it to them... but Mitt wrote a personal check to do just that. obama would never do something like... under any circumstances or for any reason... because he is pure evil.
I do not care if Mitt is a Buddhist or a moonie or a Hare Krishna. He is not obama and he is the only other viable choice available. I have prayed over this decision for a long time and I have spoken with two of my old preachers, a Priest that spoke at my Brother's recent funeral... and they along with CHRIST... have moved my heart and have shown me the correct path for "ME" to take.
My "kingdom" is not of this world... it will be in HIS KINGDOM where I will find my peace... until then... I will fight to the death to save my America because while it is not Heaven and it has not always taken the righteous path... along with and because of fellow men and women of GOD... like yourself... this is as close to Heaven as this life will offer. THAT America will perish under four more years of obama. Mitt offers me the only "fighting chance" to save her... and since I am willing to fight for what it is that I love... I will take that chance.

I’m sorry .. GOD didn’t have anything to do with it. The job is up to US! It’s our responsibility to find out who these people are BEFORE we vote for them.
Most of us do that .. however, with catch phrases like “the first black president” and everybody goes weak in the knees .. SHEEEEEEESH!! We should practice putting our brain in gear before voting.
The secret is .. when you can’t find out anything about a person ..... MAYBE you should NOT vote for them .. I’m just sayin’.

I read Jesus and God both being invoked to rebut criticism of Bishop Romney's Mormonism, to dilute it, and lend the impression that God and Jesus are what Christians have in common with Mormonism, this is a very Mormon strategy, whether you recognize it or not.
"Jesus", "God", "GOD knows which man is closer to him and he moved me and opened my eyes to the truth." all language used to rebut Christians in defense of Romney's Mormonism, this is using religious arguments for the Mormon leader, and using Christian key words, that mean something else entirely to the Bishop himself, just as to Romney, that picture of Jesus was a picture of Satan's brother, and God is someone who used to be a man, as Romney will one day be a God.

Not so very different from the pictures most of our parents or grandparents had in their houses.
Even more recently, if you go into churches that have religious pictures you usually see Jesus portrayed with Northern or Western European features.
