Single until your dying day? Want to be married for eternity beyond death?
Perhaps you could contact a temple Mormon who could arrange a matchmaker religious temple ritual for you "for eternity."
Perhaps the most unique thing about our temple ordinances," wrote BYU professor Daniel H. Ludlow, is that they can be performed for the dead Such ordinances as temple marriage are performed in our temples for the dead and the living. The ordinances for the dead are performed by proxy-a person living on this earth stands as a proxy and receives these ordinances for and in behalf of the deceased person. This work is often referred to as vicarious work for the dead. (Selected Writings of Daniel H. Ludlow: Gospel Scholars Series, p. 365)
One so matched with a wife post-death was the Roman Catholic priest in Hawaii, Father Damien, canonized by the Vatican as a saint Oct. 11, 2009.
research shows Mormons have both baptized Damien by proxy and sealed him for eternity to a wife named Marie Damien, reported the Salt Lake Tribune in October 2009.
Per the Tribune report, Newest Catholic saint baptized and 'sealed' to wife in LDS temple? from Oct. 13, 2009, There is no evidence Damien ever married, which would have been a violation of his vow of celibacy. St. Damien, who died of leprosy in 1889 after working among those quarantined on the Hawaiian island of Molokai for 16 years, is considered an intercessor for patients with leprosy (Hansen's disease), HIV, AIDS as well as for abandoned children, disoriented youths, exploited women, neglected elderly people and oppressed minorities
According to research provided by Helen Radkey into the LDS Church's FamilySearch database, it indicated that Belgium-born Damien was baptized by proxy, given his endowments and sealed to his parents for eternity Oct. 22, 1983, in the Los Angeles Temple. More recently, Damien was sealed to a wife, which Radkey calls bogus, on March 15, 2000, at the Jordan River Temple in South Jordan. From the article:

No linky, put it in blogs
However, the person you’re “sealed” to can reject you. Interesting that the mormon women can’t reach as high in the “kingdom” as men. Surely NOW will condemn this practice.
This was just evil on the part of the Mormons...
Father Damien died as a Christian doing his Christian duty...
The man dedicated his life to God and then the Mormons dead dunked him into the pagan blasphemy of unGodly religion...
SICK SICK SICK
yeah and Catholics pray to a Saint for animals ... and burnt people at the stake.
What’s the point of trashing a religion that has produced such goodness in America.
We are not electing a pastor. We are electing a president.

Christ said that there would be neither marriage nor giving in marriage in Heaven. - I think they get baptized for lots of dead people; if they’ve got your name, you get “baptized”. I don’t know how they excuse fudging about what Christ plainly said about marriage. - I suspect it’s a lot about not being able to stand giving up sex.
Please show me where this is both...
...present tense...
...and in Catholic teachings as being the prescribed behavior?
Mormon endowments for marrying the dead is prescribed by the Mormon church -- and is present tense-teaching.
Whats the point of trashing a religion that has produced such goodness in America.
In the sermon on the mount, Jesus complimented the legalistic Pharisees by saying that unless a person's righteousness exceeded the Pharisees and teachers of the law, they would "in no wise inherit the kingdom of God."
Yet Jesus was talking about only the outward righteousness of these religious legalists. And you'd be hard-pressed to find another Jesus compliment of them anywhere in the Gospels.
Elsewhere, Jesus referenced them as "children of the devil" (John 8), whitewashed tombs, vipers, proselyters making others "twice the son of hell," etc.
If the Pharisees did so much outward righteousness, why would Jesus "trash" them as He did?
Jesus accused them of taking away the "the key to knowledge" (Luke 11:52) & blocking the door to heaven.
We are not electing a pastor. We are electing a president.
Even non-religious people tend to at times honor the Bible. The Biblical record shows that true successful leadership in public office is done by those who fear the TRUE Lord -- not by some low-level Mormon god who is part of a great number of Mormon gods...
And these Biblical leaders did not -- or were not to -- worship false gods/idols. The OT is replete w/ such examples. The Israelites had secular kings, not "pastors in chief." But that didn't mean that these kings' ministrations were any less a "ministry." Romans 13 makes it clear that public office is also a "ministry." Those who contend against this are openly militating against this Scripture.
It doesn't mean that public officeholders administrate in a parochial way; it just means that public office is a "ministry of service" like the soup kitchen down the street.
History (biblical & otherwise) shows that the more pagan or counterfeit god that a leader adheres to, the more trouble that leader's "exhaust" settles on the people-at-large. Kings & presidents need all the grace, mercy, & guidance possible, since God gets more credit for preserving & directing leaders than we care to give Him credit for. Therefore, one who worships a false god & has no true relationship w/the living God is stifling access to God's resources; & a nation may suffer for that.
We must weigh a candidate's level of vulnerability to deception - for that transcends 'religious' considerations: If a candidate is gullible in the most important area of his life -- his faith this serves as an excellent indicator of potential other gullibilities
Well, Mormon temple rituals are secret. The root of the word "occult" comes from the Latin meaning "hidden."
And Mormon leaders love to hide its occultic teachings. If a woman started going through a Relief Society study, and it came time to discuss the endowment, you would see a quote such as:
The endowment is so richly symbolic that only a fool would attempt to describe it; it is so packed full of revelations to those who exercise their strength to seek and see, that no human words can explain or make clear the possibilities that reside in the temple service. (Ibid, p. 186) Learn of Me Relief Society Course Study 1987, published 1986
That's how they try to keep the "contacts" being outwardly initiated from learning about these things.
if theyve got your name, you get baptized.

If you go into the “familysearch” website run by the Mormons you will probably find the names of ancestors...
However yoiur ancestors are listed there because at some time they were dead dunked into Mormonism...
Until a couple of years ago we used to be able to go into the pages that held that info but “apostates” cant do that now since Obamas Mom was found to have been dead dunked and sealed to him making him a Mormon president ...but blavk ...oh noez...
ROFLMBO
it does not matter to the Mormons that your ggg whomever died a Christian and its well documented, the Mormons have dead dunked him or her into their pagan religion...
and probably done “endowments” “marriages” and “sealings” on them too...
When you realize that live Mormons have to
pay 10% tithe
give fast offerings and other funds,
go to the Mormon meetings for HOURS on Sundays and other times,
agree to be “volunteered” into working for no pasy for hours every week on some job they are usually not qualified for,
and neglect their families for hours at a time..
have to spend TWO whole years cut off from their families lying to strangers 18/6 about Mormonism as unpaid door-to-door salesmen in a place they didnt get to choose...and neglected by their company in health and nutrition..
plus got married in the Mormon temple wearing the ugly “temple clothes” and their parents were not allowed to be there...
just to get those same converted baptisms, endowments sealings, and married for eternity...
and here non-Mormons get it all done for free having never had to set foot in a Mormon building.....
You wonder why a Mormon doesnt just say “I’ll wait till I’m dead for that. Right now I’m going to take Junior to a ball game.”
Yeah so much for “family values”...
Ya gotta spend time with your family to develop those values...
and so much for “respect for other religions”
Mormons run roughshod over your personal beliefs any time they want too..
You got a TRF? “Trashing Religions Forum?” Cause after about 3 more Keystone Lights...
That's a great point.
Such a cruel aspect of their faith. They talk about "family" but only the ones that are temple worthy.
See my tagline.
What exactly is the "goodness" that the mormon church has produced in America?
Examples, please.
“then the Mormons dead dunked him into the pagan blasphemy of unGodly religion...”
If you think it’s all a bunch of hooey anyway, why do you care?
We have a Damien Center in Indianapolis.
