1968 Prophecy by a 90 Year Old Norwegian Woman (for discernment only)

This prophecy was given by a 90 yr. old woman in Norway 42 years ago about events leading up to the second coming of Christ. An Evangelist by the name of Emanuel Minos wrote this prophecy down in 1968 and thought it was so extreme that he put it away. He recently reviewed the prophecy and was amazed that it is not "extreme" anymore--but the norm in our society. Read the prophecy below.

An old woman of 90 from Valdres in Norway had a vision from God in 1968. The evangelist Emanuel Minos had meetings (services) where she lived. He had the opportunity to meet her, and she told him what she had seen. He wrote it down, but thought it to be so unintelligible that he put it in a drawer. Now, almost 30 years later, he understands he has to share the vision with others.

The woman from Valdres was a very alert, reliable, awake and credible Christian, with a good reputation among all who knew her. This is what she saw:

"I saw the time just before the coming of Jesus and the outbreak of the Third World War. I saw the events with my natural eyes. I saw the world like a kind of a globe and saw Europe, land by land. I saw Scandinavia. I saw Norway. I saw certain things that would take place just before the return of Jesus, and just before the last calamity happens, a calamity the likes of which we have never before experienced.

She mentioned four waves:

1. "First before Jesus comes and before the Third World War breaks out there will be a ‘détente’ like we have never had before. There will be peace between the super powers in the east and the west, and there will be a long peace. (Remember, that this was in 1968 when the cold war was at its highest. E. Minos) In this period of peace there will be disarmament in many countries, also in Norway and we are not prepared when it (the war) comes. The Third World War will begin in a way no one would have anticipated - and from an unexpected place.

2. "A lukewarmness without parallel will take hold of the Christians, a falling away from true, living Christianity. Christians will not be open for penetrating preaching. They will not, like in earlier times, want to hear of sin and grace, law and gospel, repentance and restoration. There will come a substitute instead: prosperity (happiness) Christianity.

"The important thing will be to have success, to be something; to have material things, things that God never promised us in this way. Churches and prayer houses will be emptier and emptier. Instead of the preaching we have been used to for generations -like, to take your cross up and follow Jesus, - entertainment, art and culture will invade the churches where there should have been gatherings for repentance and revival. This will increase markedly just before the return of Jesus.

3. "There will be a moral disintegration that old Norway has never experienced the likes of. People will live together like married without being married. (I do not believe the concept ‘co-habitor’? existed in 1968 - E. Minos.) Much uncleanness before marriage, and much infidelity in marriage will become the natural (the common), and it will be justified from every angle. It will even enter Christian circles and we pet it - even sin against nature. Just before Jesus return there will be TV- programs like we have never experienced. (TV had just arrived in Norway in 1968. E. Minos)

"TV will be filled with such horrible violence that it teaches people to murder and destroy each other, and it will be unsafe in our streets. People will copy what they see. There will not be only one ‘station’ on TV, it will be filled with ‘stations.’ (She did not know the word ‘channel’ which we use today. Therefore she called them stations. E. Minos.) TV will be just like the radio where we have many ‘stations,’ and it will be filled with violence. People will use it for entertainment. We will see terrible scenes of murder and destruction one of the other, and this will spread in society. Sex scenes will also be shown on the screen, the most intimate things that takes place in a marriage." (I protested and said, we have a paragraph that forbids this kind of thing. E. Minos.) There the old woman said: "It will happen, and you will see it. All we have had before will be broken down, and the most indecent things will pass before our eyes."

4. "People from poor countries will stream to Europe. (In 1968 there was no such thing as immigration. E. Minos.) They will also come to Scandinavia - and Norway. There will be so many of them that people will begin to dislike them and become hard with them. They will be treated like the Jews before the Second World War. Then the full measure of our sins will have been reached (I protested at the issue of immigration. I did not understand it at the time. E. Minos.)

The tears streamed from the old woman’s eyes down her cheeks. "I will not see it, but you will. Then suddenly, Jesus will come and the Third World War breaks out. It will be a short war." (She saw it in the vision.)

"All that I have seen of war before is only child’s play compared to this one, and it will be ended with a nuclear atom bomb. The air will be so polluted that one cannot draw one’s breath. It will cover several continents, America, Japan, Australia and the wealthy nations. The water will be ruined (contaminated?). We can no longer till the soil. The result will be that only a remnant will remain. The remnant in the wealthy countries will try to flee to the poor countries, but they will be as hard on us as we were on them.

"I am so glad that I will not see it, but when the time draws near, you must take courage and tell this. I have received it from God, and nothing of it goes against what the Bible tells.

"The one who has his sin forgiven and has Jesus as Savior and Lord, is safe."

WHEN THE OIL FLOWS

An elder in the Pentecostal Church at Moss, Norway, Martin Andersen, heard the following prophecy in 1937, in Moss:

‘When oil comes out of the North Sea and along the Norwegian coast, things will begin to happen, and the return of Jesus is approaching.’

When these words had been proclaimed, people stood up in the congregation and asked the man to sit down and not speak such nonsense. In 1937 it was indeed nonsense to talk about oil being pumped along the Norwegian coast. Today all the world’s big oil companies are pumping oil along the coast of Norway. Norway is the world’s second greatest exporter of oil - after Saudi Arabia.

The sum of it all is: Jesus is coming soon (suddenly).

Peter the Roman was not part of Malachy’s original writing and account. He stopped at 111 which is the current Pope. 112 or Peter the Roman was added by someone to the second printing but was no part of the first and original account of Malachy.

Don’t know about you but I think post 28 is discombobulated.

True......there is a great falling away today. Churches are caught up in doctrines, traditions, commandments of men and Titus 1:14 — Jewish fables...The Word has been corrupted in the churches...some say the modern day churches are the false prophet spoken of in Revelation.

Yeah, I’m skeptical. For instance:

It absolutely did. I remember as a kid, knowing of people living together without being married. And, that was in the U.S. I find it hard to believe that the Norwegians were more parochial than we were. Could be, I just doubt it.

So what Order does the current Pope [Pope 111] belong to???

I’ve probably read many dozens if not 100’s of such docs from that long ago.

This is congruent with most of them.

There’s a wide variety in people and in how they describe things.

Well, you can put that one in the totally unbiblical category. There will be no “church” involved in the Battle of Armageddon.

More like the “totally unsubstantiated” category. I see no evidence that St. Benedict ever prophesied anything like that. Certainly there’s no contemporaneous written record of it.

If you mean out of sequence you are right. I get excited from the responsiblity of this Dream. I will try to just pertain to the dream. I hope this helps. This is the Dream:

The beginning of the dream starts as I am in a Doctors office. I am waiting in the waiting room of this office. As I look a lot of people are in the room. I am very impatient because of the volume of people. It's like when you are unhealthy but have to see the doctor. You would like the doctor to take care of you as quickly as possible. So with this feeling in the dream, I know I will be there a long time. I do not know why I am there though.

Well,while waiting in comes President Obama walking fast towards the Doctors inner office in front of Us. He knocks continually till the doctor comes to the door. The doctor opens the door Obama looks at the doctor. He says You have to help me. The doctor looks surprised says yes come in. Obama walks in the office and the door closes.

While I know this is going to be a long wait I go outside. When I am outside I realize this is a Doctor's office inside a house located on the side of this house. I walk around an notice that a parade is happening in the front of the house on the street. There are people watching as the parade going by across the street. The marchers and watchers who are seated in outside style picnic chairs are in view. They have signs supporting Obama.

This goes on for a while which is making me sick. Since I never trusted Obama's act. Interesting as I thought this- the mood changed in the parade. All of a sudden One man starts to argue with one then another and another. The whole parade becomes contentious. Acrimony everywhere even the people sitting are hitting everyone else with or without a sign. Yelling at each other.

It gets so bad I get up from sitting so disgusted that they were so stupid to believe in this guy. As I get up I notice I was sitting in a old rusted Model T (no tires- all brown and red rust-no doors either). So I want to get away from this insanity. As I walk back to the office I look up at the house. It is a Victorian house with the classic porches. I go back in the house to wait in the office. I seat down. I am disgusted I still have to wait with all the things going on outside.

The Doctors door opens with the doctor telling Obama he can not help him as Obama is backing out. Just then a few secret service men come running in this office. Yelling! Protect the President! Protect the President! They grab the President by the arm and all are running outside.

We in the office follow with interest to know whats going wrong. I come out to the daylight. We watch the secret service put Obama back in the limo. The procession of about several running alongside the limo as it takes off into the distance.

We are amazed while watching. They are in a grassy field. The limo stops. The secret service open the door. The President comes out. He is like no where else to go. He is standing with the secret service as they all look up. Then He looks at me. It is a very strange look. A surprised horror look. He looks like the gig is up with all the running he did that day. I look up. The whole sky is filled with green army clothed men parachuting to the ground. As I look the dream ends and I wake up.

This is what I saw in the dream. I hope this is more clear. I believe true to form about our future. I do not want to be the messenger of this but it is what it is. This is what I saw before God and man. May Jesus helps us during these times. AMEN!!

Scripture. The Anti Christ is in total control of all governments during the tribulation period. The heads of all governments have given him the control. There is no organized government other the Israel not under his control for the last seven years before the battle of Armageddon. There are also no organized religions after the Anti Christ declares himself to be god. The only Gentile believers will be underground or will have been killed.

Hi Cynical- Why you live up to your name. Your entitled to your opinion.

How would you interpret the personal ones that came true. I have seen a literal dream come true six months before it happen. I was not even thinking about it. My friend's daughter died in a drive by shooting. I did not even remember her name. This was a work friend. It was reported on channel 12 news on Long Island N. Y. I saw it all in the dream. Same channel. Same town it happen. Not where she lived. Her name. Which I do not know. Just her father and mother I knew. If it becomes true it is from God. This is biblical. It always started after when I would pray at the end of the day. I would pray for family and friends then the world. How do explain.
