Donations to education (which is mostly to colleges) in general DID decline, in 2009 - but only by about 3.8$, which reflected close to the decline in charitable donations generally (3.2%), believed to be due to the recession.

OBVIOUSLY a large number of donations Notre Dame would normally get did not come in and the recession cannot explain the level of the decline. Only the donors know how much Obama was a factor. To start to purge the marxists from America we have to get rid of the mechanisms they have put in place to fund themselves. That means eliminate huge numbers of federal employees and eliminate government grants.
