Let the riots begin, win or lose.

Love him or hate him, Mark Shea is absolutely right.

you can't trust what you read or hear on TV because so much of it is designed to either cheer for your candidate or despair of voting for him.

Turn off the evening news and stop reading newspaper articles about the big Obama win. The election is still 2 weeks away. By now, you know the issues and have made your choice. Time to relax.

There will be no riots if Obama is exposed as a fraud. Exposing James Cone/Black Liberation Theology will turn most people off Obama.

I live in the People's Republic of Maryland where McCain doesn't have a prayer. But I'm still going to vote for him. It would appeal to my sense of irony if he won the popular vote nationwide and thereby got Maryland's electoral votes despite losing here.

My state, Washington, is so blue even the dead vote. But I’ll still vote for Palin all the way.

Exactly. Here, here!

If you want to have some fun, ask an Obama supporter to name one of Obama's accomplishments.

They can't because he has none.

There will be no riots if black ministers lead the way to Pro-Life votes.

I am going to vote for McCain/Palin, even though I live in deep blue CT. I would not stress out, it looks like a number of the polls are getting tighter in this race.

That is true, his resume is so thin, that no answer can be given.

He told me of a certain mover and shaker publisher with close ties to the Devilcratic Party who is absolutely scared "[stuff]-less" that the Obama campaign is in for a very rude surprise come November when the Republicans will manage to pull it out.

Warms me heart, to hear that. But it remains to be seen. There are far too many His O-ness yard signs around here.

And a McCain victory is not a complete win -- just gains us a few more years.

I think that it is time for those of use who still have an informed conscience to stop paying cable and satellite companies. TV is a major part of the problem. It is a distraction at best and an obstruction at it’s worst. People have all kinds of rationalizations for continuing to support the enemy but this election has proved them erroneous.

Our local news/talk station reported on a poll that shows Obama winning big in all of the Big Ten conference states, including a lead of 22 points in Michigan. Now it’s likely that Obama will win here, but there’s no way he’s ahead by 22 points! Curiously, the reporter failed to mention the name of the polling firm, margin of error, number of people polled, and party affiliation statistics.

They’re trying to manipulate us into thinking this thing is over. Don’t let ‘em do it!

I live in the People's Republic of Maryland where McCain doesn't have a prayer. But I'm still going to vote for him.

If McCain wins the PRM, it will only be as part of a landslide.

Nevertheless, in a state (and especially in Montgomery Country) that should be true-"blue" for Obama, I see remarkably few signs and bumper stickers for him. I can count on one hand, with fingers to spare the number of cars I've seen still sporting "Kerry/Edwards" stickers (of which there are many) that also have an Obama sticker on them.

For once, I actually think the high number of "undecided" in most polls is right -- a lot of independents and democrats are incline to vote Obama, but can't bring themselves to do so, nor can they bring themselves to quite go for McCain. Neither man has "sealed the deal".

So, for whom do the undecideds break? That's the real wild card, in my opinion -- the media's trumpeting of bogus slanted polls to show an Obama landslide is intended to suppress republican voters, to be sure, but it also may be intended to either suppress "wild card" independents or get them onto an Obama bandwagon as well.

Turnout is key. Poll internals (when published) show that republicans support McCain more than democrats support Obama -- if the GOP turns out in sufficient numbers, the wild card independents probably don't matter.

I have asked an Obama supporting co-worker.

The only reply was "He's not Bush."
