America Needs Fatima to Send 1,270 Roses to Fatima Shrine

The American TFP’s America Needs Fatima campaign (ANF) is offering a special privilege to all those planning to lead public square rosaries on October 13.  It will send a rose to Our Lady’s Fatima shrine in the name of each one on October 13..

America Needs Fatima offers this as a token of gratitude for the work these “rosary captains” are doing.  “Our rosary captains are struggling to publicly honor Our Lady on October 13,” said ANF director Robert Ritchie, “so, I wanted to give them a present that would glorify Our Lady and grant them graces.”

The roses will be taken to the site of the 1917 apparitions.  “Being that Our Lady’s Fatima apparitions are the most spectacular intervention of Our Lady in modern times,” said Mr. Ritchie, “I could not think of a better place to bring these roses to offer them symbolically to the Mother of God.”

To date, there are over 1,200 rosary captains across the nation.  You, too, can have a rose offered in your name by signing up to lead a public rosary in your area.  Join now while there is still time by clicking here.

This doesn’t make sense. What good does it do to send roses to a shrine?

It makes sense to Catholics to honor the Mother of God, in this case, the Marian apparitions which occurred at Fatima, Portugal, in 1917. The Roses are a way to honor those apparitions and show filial devotion, just as any good son or daughter respects and honors their mother.

Today I visited the Blue Army Shrine in Washington, NJ. It was a beautiful setting but it was closed. [although the sign said Open Daily].

Have heard a convincing narrative by a dogged researcher who documented impressively that

the current Pope

knows

that the whole Fatima schtick

was a deceptive effort by UFO/ET critters with all the typical factors involved in such things.

But, . . . that at this point in time . . . this Pope cannot rock such a boat without risking lots of fragile stacks of cards.

Until I heard this narrative, I’d always held the story loosely waiting to see what God confirmed or didn’t.

But it was very convincing. I no longer believe that Fatima had anything to do with Jesus; God Almighty or Holy Spirit.

You know, dear friend, that such statements carry no weight in the forum, unless accompanied by valid web links. There were 70,000 witnesses to the events that took place at Fatima. This is verifiable through media reporting. Where is yours?

Was mildly hoping someone else had happened upon such a narratve for discussion’s sake.

I may get around to trying to track down such a link and it may fall by the wayside priority-wise.

The 70,000 saw specific visual phenomena.

When the phenomena are stripped of interpretation and down to the bare-bones visual images . . . that’s a different story than tha layered with umpteen decades of accepted interpretation on top of centuries of tradition.

Alas, additional such phenomena seem destined for our era . . . also with jury-rigged interpretations spoon fed by very controlled MSM . . .

I don’t care enormously how many see things as I now do. Those truly seeking GOD ALONE WHO IS TRUTH, shall be led into all TRUTH . . .

I ask that we think carefully about this. Who are we to glorify and how? Is grace purchasable by our gifts or actions? What does the word of God say about these things?

One rose to be sent for each Rosary Square event, Rosary Bowl event.

The American Needs Fatima ministry would like to have that many Rosary Squares, Rosary Bowls scheduled.

One rose for each scheduled event will be sent to the Fatima Shrine and a memento of what happened in America.

Forgive me for my denseness, but what purpose does this serve? And why does America Need Fatima? Isn’t needing God enough? He is our sufficiency, what else do we need?

“But why the Revelations connection? The book also “reveals” the message of Fatima and informs us that the Lady of Fatima was an extra-terrestrial like Rama. We’re really off in la-la land at this point. The book appears to be self-published, with the publisher listed as “Living Waters Publishing and Distributing, Inc.” Could it have been a hoax designed to sell a religious theory about the meaning of the Biblical Revelations? I’d love to hear from anyone having information on Charles Silva or the content of this book. Is any of this true?”

Well, of course it is. My name is SNARFQXORZ and I come from the 50th intergalactic dispersal interzone where we have hidden our mothership in Yankee Stadium concealed by interdimensional photobogs and bot’zed.

Put your hand the computer screen and I will through telepathy let you in on the big secrets.

Oddly enough (given the criticism I've expressed to some of the stuff you've come up with) I tend to agree with you on this. I've read Vallee on apparitions. Not necessarily "ET", but somebody trying to manipulate us.

Fatima: The UFO Interpretation
The mass visions that took place in Fatima, Portugal in 1917 have long been the subject of fascination. Tonight’s guest Father Nicholas Gruner believes these events were miraculous communications from the Virgin Mary, as does the Catholic Church. However, a number of ufologists over the years, have looked at the incidents as possibly being an example of a UFO visitation.

The events at Fatima took place over number of months, and were predicted by a young peasant girl named Lucia, who said she received messages from a brilliantly luminous Lady whom she understood to be Mary. As more and more people heard about the events, some 70,000 people gathered on October 13, as Lucia instructed. As the crowd huddled on this rainy day, they saw an astonishing display, where the sun seemed to come down out of the sky, and spin around on itself, in a mad whirl that lasted 10 minutes.

Proponents of the UFO theory, say this bright globe could have been a huge disc-shaped craft, and that many aspects of the incidents, such as reports of unusual beings, ridicule of the witnesses, and dire messages about our planet, parallel current UFO cases. The well-known researcher Jacques Vallee, drew further connections, comparing the weakness and loss of memory some of the witnesses reported, to the kinds of paralysis and lost time that alien abductees experience. And yet, “there is some danger of creating a stereotyped idea of UFOs…and imposing this on the evidence,” writes the insightful UFO author Richard L. Thompson.

Recap
Messages of Fatima
Father Nicholas Gruner (fatima.org), one of the Catholic Church’s more controversial priests, was the main guest on Thursday night. A tireless advocate for devotion and interest in the messages delivered at Fatima in 1917, Gruner believes they hold the key to the fate of mankind.

According to Father Gruner, the last surviving Fatima seer, Sister Lucia, was told a three-part secret in 1917 that she was to reveal over time. The first two parts were released in 1941, and included a vision of hell that was thought to refer to the first two world wars; and the second was a prediction that Russia would return to Christianity. The third secret was given out by the Vatican in 2000, and was said to be a vision of the assassination attempt against Pope John Paul II. However Father Gruner said this wasn’t the real third secret.

He believes it was a vision of a universal crisis for the whole Catholic Church. The “faith is in danger,” he said, echoing the words of the late Father Malachi Martin. Alluding to parts of the church hierarchy being in collusion with a “New World Order” or “one-world religion,” Gruner painted a dire picture of humanity’s enslavement along with a massive depopulation effort. And yet, he said if the “consecration” of Russia could be accomplished, as seen in the Fatima vision, this could instead bring in an era of peace.

NO LESS SO . . . IT IS JUST AS HAZARDOUS, IF NOT MORE SO . . . TO IMPOSE A PARTICULAR RELIGIOUS PERSPECTIVE'S EXPLANATION ON THE EVIDENCE OUT OF SOCIOLOGICAL, POLITICAL, PSYCHODYNAMIC AND/OR RELIGIOUS FACTORS, NEEDS AND COMPULSIONS . . . ON TYPICAL VISUAL ETC. PHENOMENA WHICH LIKELY WERE AT BEST SOMEWHAT AMBIGUOUS . . .

Or, which may even have been deliberately manipulative TOWARD that particular RC interpretation--as a number of UFO/"ET" visitations have been. Actually, such manifestations have seemingly deliberately played on the inherent perspectives, archetypes, themes of a number of different religious and other major value orientations--particularly those of the NEW AGE genre. It seems that such WATCHERS/FALLEN ANGELS/ET's are skilled and well able to match whatever the expectations are of each of the value groups in a seductive effort toward Pied-Piperly leading them to "ET" desired convictions and conclusions.

And, the general sweep of such seductive imprints onto the different religious value orientations is . . . somewhat generic while often being self-contradictory as well between different visitations, ET sources etc.

The general sweep is apocalyptic--Fatima fits the pattern.

The particulars usually include some variation on humans destroying the environment--making the earth unliveable; war mongering destroying life and the planet etc. Fatima is in that ball park.

Also, the particular "ET" spokescritter typically appears benevolent, authoritative, exhortive etc in seductive ways which increase the likelinhood of the observers looking to such spokescritters and phenomena as being sources of truth, enlightenment and safety in the future. Fatima is well within the ball park on that score, as well.
