I received this message from fatima.
Please pray for her and her family as well as Ed.
**Could you please ping your prayer list for the death of my son Ed -44 years old.accidential death.Official.Pray for our family.Ed saw Father on saturday and went to confession and went to Mass on Sunday and was was found dead wends morning at 1 AM.**
Fatima, you have my prayers and my deepest sympathy.
I've lost two children. They were both babes, which in some ways is harder, and in some ways is easier than losing a grown child, I know.
But, no matter what, it is one of the hardest things to bear in this life.
We all have that divine appointment, though, with no guarantees.
Which, of course, is why our Lord and Savior instructed us to always be ready.
God's blessings and Presence be with you as never before...
As an eagle that stirreth up her nest,
That fluttereth over her young,
He spread abroad his wings, He took them,
He bare them on his pinions.
~Deuteronomy 32:11
Dear FRiend fatima, will you quit because of lack of resolution to the mystery, or because the lack of resolution is too great a burden alongside the ministry, or because God has told you to quit and that the delay of the resolution as you would like it to appear is a sign from God that you should quit?
I ask because vows are serious business, and because I've heard many times that great decisions should be put off for at least a year after such a huge, devastating loss - and you have had two such losses, one right after the other. After these huge, life-changing, heart-rending, unimaginably painful, soul-shaking events you need time for a measure of healing to take place in your mind and heart: I know that I don't think clearly when my emotions are so deeply effected as they are by the death of a loved one or a like separation; you've suffered two, one right after the other.
Can it be enough for you to know that GOD THE FATHER KNOWS AND HE'S GOT IT COVERED, and to trust that if the mystery is not revealed to you (as you would like it to be, all at once, now) that is, or at least possibly could be, in God's best purposes for you? If the answer fails to come to you in one week, is God lessened, or is your call to the ministry you are in now necessarily nullified?
Perhaps the answer will come in a week and a day, or in a month, or never - I'm wondering how the resolution of your very honest and right questions has bearing on your radio ministry, and whether or not a sabbatical would be just as or more appropriate for you...
Please hear my heart of love for you even in these questions. You are my sister in Christ Jesus and I love you truly. My most sincere and ardent compassion, tears, condolences - my very real sympathy for the very heavy cross you are bearing - come with every word I type, with prayer for your ability to stand firm in the Truth, the Love, and the very real and present Hope we have in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, amen.
Even in the heaven we go to in between this world and the New One God has Promised, there are questions, and sometimes the answer from Our Very Loving God is Wait. (This is shown in Revelation 6:9-11, and discussed in Chapter 7 of the Heaven book you have.) Because He Is Good, we can trust that wait is sometimes the best answer, even if it was not the answer we wanted or expected.
I said yes to God ,other people can take over, when this is resolved I will come back.I took a leave of absence today and I am taking this over,we need the truth. Will update.
"[Y]our God is the God of gods and the Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries...!"

Had bleeding ulcers years ago myself due to pharmacudicals.
A year of ulcer meds, diet change meaning smaller meals, and phenagren to control the vomiting jags and all is well.
Also due to a naturally acid tummy (like having sweaty palms) I can't take any over the counter pain relief more than 2 doses and have to be in extreme headache/sinus pain (rare for me) as they make me go into vomit mode.
Once in awhile if I no I ate to much of the no no foods I take a good swallow of Mylanta before bed time.
So yes the therapy of a ulcer med and such is a good thing.
Gotta keep the gullet healthy for the long run.
I think once reoccurring bleeding starts in the body it is a sign of cancer cells revving up so best to keep all in check.
Please accept my deepest sympathies. I am going to say a rosary for you today.
