Please pray for my daughter's new firstborn. James Patrick seemed to be doing well for the first few hours of his life, but has been placed in the ICU.
The delivery seemed to go very well, though the baby was larger than expected and preparations had been made for a C-section.He is now 7 hours old and my daughter has not yet held him.
When I last spoke with her, hospital personnel had not told her what was wrong.

Lord, have mercy, and let the hearts of James Patrick and his Mama beat side-by-side, chest-to-chest, heartbeat-to-heartbeat again. Let her arms embrace him now, and let Your Arms enfold them both. Thank You, in Jesus, Your Mercy.

Heavenly Father, we return to thank You that You have blessed this family with the newness of life, yet joy is now mingled with fear for the health of James Patrick. May Your healing hand rest mightily upon this little one, O Lord, that he would be strengthened ... that his family would be reassured ... that his medical team would be encouraged unto the fullness of health. May the parents and grandparents know the Comfort of Your Presence as they await word. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, may they soon know that all is well. Amen ...

You have prayers, and I think you need to tell your daughter to be more assertive with personnel.
