I don't know. There were a lot of people who came up to them when they saw the way they were dressed. I think it was an evil attempt to draw more people away from the Catholic faith, whether it was intentional or not (they very well could be among the brainwashed).
I have to second Pyro. Believe me, my pastor is a heretic, but he would steer clear from them vecause they don't *claim* to be Catholic. But I also agree that their presentation of themselves certainly seems meant to confuse. They were followers of St. Francis about as much as John Kerry was a follower of Ronald Reagen.
Thanks for reporting on this. Great to hear of the Legion of Mary in action.
-to kindle everywhere the fires of divine love - to enlighten those who are in darkness and in the shadow of death - to enflame those who are lukewarm - to bring back life to those who are dead in sin...
What a nightmarish account. As you discovered their true identity, I bet you recoiled. You are so much a person of the Sacred Heart of Jesus!
Doing a ping.
Your input requested here.
"Ain't no such thing as coincidence, fellows!"
Please notify me via FReepmail if you would like to be added to or taken off the Catholic Action Ping List.
Or maybe that should be non-Catholic ping! LOL!

I would tend to agree with you.
I can't remember the exact quote from the Bible, but it's about acknolwedging Jesus and He will acknowledge them before God.....and denying Jesus and He will deny them before God.
Sounds like "The Duh Vinci Code" is their Bible.
These "women" need HELP!
That's so funny... I know who you are :)

This post is just dripping with irony. ;-)
See my post #30 to Pyro.
Not to be tasteless, Pyro, but there's sort of an elephant-in-the-living-room issue with those two "nuns." (although you did hint at it perhaps with reference to their hair.) Any doubt as to their um, well, orientation?
You could have been surrounded by Jehovah's Witnesses.
I still say we could save some serious coin by getting those folks to deliver the mail.
Thanks very much for the headsup.
>>Surprised they were in line to pay respect to a conservative like Reagan?
>>Why would anyone be surprised they'd be in line to pay respect to a conservative?
Oh, they're republicans!
>>All I could find in my search so far is the following link: The World Foundation for Natural Science<<
This page includes a lengthy discussion about "Agenda 21" which makes the John Birch society sound like Arlen Specter.
Not only that... I know where he LIVES. Mwahaha.
You Jerk. (I mean that in a nice way.) I meant that as a follow-up post to Pyro, of course.
Just amazing! 'Eastsider' went to Washington to pay his respects to Reagan, as well!
bump for the humorous and sad irony.
And what "irony" would that be?
