Jesse was really mad. Maybe some Florida judge will issue an order setting this recall aside. Rumor has it that Broward and Dade County voters were turned away at the polls, especially when they announced that they were there to vote out that Arnold guy......

THIS IS A MANDATE.In many elections, "a win is a win" -- it's not terribly important whether you win by 2% or 6%. That's not the case here. BIG wins on the recall question and on the election were of vital importance.
If the recall had passed 51-49, and Arnold had edged Bustamante 37-36 (and don't forget, some news outlets were saying "too close to call" over last weekend), all Hell would be breaking loose. Idiotic suits by Jesse and others alleging insufficient voting accommodations, confusing ballots, and "disenfranchisement" may still happen, of course, but they've had the legs cut out from under them. Ditto for stonewalling and obstruction by Dems in the Legislature. And the same for the already-threatened "Recall Arnold" movement.
Even with substantially fewer votes in the Gubernatorial election than in the recall vote, and even given the fragmentation of the Gubernatorial vote, Schwarzenegger will rack up substantially more votes than "No" received in the recall question. Thus Davis's backers can make NO plausible case that he garnered more votes than Arnold, however indirectly.

Prop 54- 56.3/43.7 for NO.
That is his great victory? It does look dead, but not by the landslide he claims.
If it passes, it would be awsome.

FOX cameraman at the BustaMECHA concession told someone to stop interfering, and a woman's voice replied 'F--- You'.

So according to Jesse, voter turnout will be way down?

Of course they'll have something to say. That's all they do, talk.
In hindsight, I wonder if Prop 54 could have passed: in the alternative, and executive proclamation to the same effect would be grand!
To: Sabertooth
By the way, by design or happenstance, I think Arnold did a brilliant thing by flirting with running last year, then pulling out. It allowed the "bimbo eruptions" to come out early and soften the blow, so that they had little effect now. Clintonian, I know, but that's the facts.

Its much more easier to bear now that we know he lost. Like listening to the wicked witch of the west scream as she is melted...

"Reverend" Jackson is on CNN.
Even Wolfe B couldn't understand Jesse's rambling, and seemed relieved that Bustamante came on to make a speech. That gave Wolfe the opportunity to cut Jesse's ramblings off. lol.
