Prayer Warrior Memorial Field Trip:

For those who may have not seen it, following is a link to a thread memorializing the life of Master Sgt. Kevin Morehead, 33. We join ProudsoldierwifeSFODA585 in grieving for her husband who was killed in a firefight in Ramadi, Iraq. We pray for God's many blessings, comfort, and healing to be bestowed upon her and her family. We are profoundly grateful for his service and sacrifice.

Adequate words are so very difficult to find, so I shall once more post one of my very favorite prayers. I thank all of you for your support of the Morehead family, and all our troops and their families.

Thanks for putting me onto this list, Brad's Gramma. As you probably would guess, I've been praying for our troops, et al, and specific needs that I know about. This is a great idea, and I'm happy to add my prayers to the specific needs here.

Father we ask that you comfort their families and give them courage, we ask that you ease the grief of those who have lost a brave son, husband, father.

We ask that You scatter our enemies, that You give us a speedy victory over them. We ask that You establish peace.

Prayer bump. I join Miss American Pie in prayer, since I could not come with anything that good myself :}.

Prayers continue for our troops ,and our leaders ,and all of the family members who have a loved one serving this country.

May God watch over each one of them today. May the angels be standing close to each man , woman and child that have made a sacrafice for my freedom ,and my family's freedom .
