POLITICAL CONSULTANT: Oh yea Larry, you can raise money and do all sorts of stuff with it if you run.
LK: Really? I can get people to donate money to me and I get to spend it all sorts of fun ways? Jet around the country, etc?
POLITICAL CONSULTANT: Uh, Larry, it pretty much works like your "non-profit" JW. Except if you get elected you get a lot more perks and it's all paid by the taxpayer.
LK: Cool! The taxpayer? That's even better than having a "non-profit" and paying no taxes! And I don't have to work much like now? And do I get to be on TV? TV! TV! TV! Please say I get to be on TV!
POLITICAL CONSULTANT: Yes Larry, you get to be on TV!
LK: Goody! Oh boy! Hey, should I be a Republican or Democrat? What have I been lately? Anyone been keeping track of that? It does not matter. Who give the most money? We've run this JW thing about into the ground so where is the most cash?
POLITICAL CONSULTANT: The most money would likely be from the Republicans.
LK: I'm a Republican then! Let's get started. You don't mind if we pay you later do you Mr. Consultant? Do you?

Can you stand it? Let's all hope Cheney can be there for his first fundraiser ;-)

Judicial Watch donations must be down after conservatives figured out Klayman including this one! ----------------- Yep fundraising ploy........ good exposure, plus lots of cash for a campaign organization...... nothing new about the klaymer......
Who knows he may hire JW as his legal counsel for the campaign, use his direct mail firm for fund raising, etc. lots of opportunities to funnel money his way.....
He'll not make a dent in the primary, but it will be nice to see him in the paper for a few laughs......

Oh sure, Cheney, Bush and Ashcroft will all campaign for Klayman, as soon as he finishes suing them.

"I will be the conservative antidote for Hillary Clinton," said Klayman. "I will be her worst nightmare."
LOL........ he thinks very highly of himself. I'm sure Hillary never gives him a second thought.... He's most likely assigned to the newest legal intern and then only as a part time account......

We agree. My first thought was that it was from The Onion, too! What a joke! I hate having him call himself a Republican! UGH!
To: PhiKapMom
ROFLOL!!!! Is this the same Larry Klayman that has been going after VP Cheney? The one who is now non-partisan by his own admission? But now he wants to run as a Republican? Don't forget him suing Tom DeLay, and his attempts to interject himself into foreign policy last year.
What a hoot.

Klaymer and the RNC went round and round over mail list also... He didn't pay for some of the use or so it's claimed [of course he tells a different story]..... He has outstanding IRS audits that's not been completed....

That's a good question! With Klayman's reputation, he probably wouldn't think twice about closing down JW and putting people out of work. Wonder what Fitton and the rest think of Klayman running for Senator in Florida?

Forgot about the mail list and Tom DeLay! This gets funnier when you factor those into the equation. Wonder who would vote for him other than himself?

"I will be the conservative antidote for Hillary Clinton," said Klayman. "I will be her worst nightmare."I don't believe for a moment, that the loathing in Florida of Hillary Rotten, is thick enough to get Larry The 'Do-dad' Klayman elected to the Senate. There's just no way this is going to happen, not in this universe or any other.

Klaymer doesn't have a large professional staff..... I guess he has some clerks, typist types to put his paperwork together..... He list on his last 990 on his web site only 5 employees making over $60K [attorney, security, investigator, dev. director, director], plus three Officers making over $128K ....... I think he outsources a lot of his work
He's in this for the cash flow that he can drum up... nothing more, imo.

Wonder who would vote for him other than himself? I doubt he'd get Jeb Bush's vote. Larry even attacked Laura Bush for attending the traditional coffee with Hillary on Inauguration Day.
I'd love to see Larry in this race, simply to watch him get ripped. Too bad most of his supporters have left this forum. It'd be a great food fight.
He'd lose.
