MSNBC had an item on NEW rumblings about HRC running in 2004.. It was in conjunction with more on Wes Clark also getting serious about a run..Mentioned something about a 'high level mtg' that the OTHER Dem candidates were informed of.... Ickes has formed a 'soft money group' which could benefit HRC, and, again, some high level mtg about the possibility of her running. ..Nachman and Bill Press will be discussing this SOON on msnbc...tune in NOW.

Imagine her reviewing troops, or landing on an aircraft carrier?. I did, and was compelled to cower in the corner holding up garlic in the shape of a cross...LOL!

I know; we questioned our friend closely because Leahy has always seemed a kneepad for the CLinton's. Our friend is an attorney general and teaches part time at the war college - no dummy - and he said that Leahy told him outright he hated both Clintons. Leahy went on about it for a while - called them liars.
The problem is the DNC has everyone march in lockstep. It always cracks me up when Republicans are called Nazi's because it's really the liberal party that forces their members to march in lock-step.

Albeit, he will have to be wide awake on this one.
It's shame Ashcroft didn't go after the massive electoral fraud mechanisms as forcefully as he should have. All that machine needs (and it is a well organized and disciplined machine) is a drop of oil and a kick start and it's ready to go and vote, and vote, and vote, and vote....

Hillary could easily win a write-in in NH-- especially because 90% of the field would drop out the day she got in.

There are way too many libs lacking brains. They will vote for the shrew if it runs.Remember how angry we were in 2000 after eight years of Bill Clinton, and the thought of a scumbag like Al Gore continuing the Era of Sleaze? Remember how that galvanized us? Remember how angry we were in 2002 after the hideous spectacle of the Paul Wellstone Memori-rally, and how it galvanized us? (And insured that we won both times?)
Now think about Hillary Clinton as an official candidate for president. The GOP base would be at least two orders of magnitude MORE galvanized in such a case, and millions upon millions of us would fight like hell to defeat her. There is no way the RATS could stir up anywhere near as much passion for Hillary as we could against her. They may love and worship her, but they do not fear her. To them, she would be just another candidate to get elected. To us, it would be a fight to save the nation itself. Which side do you think would end up fighting harder?

She will run in this election cycle. Her logic is the following:
1. Save the Dems from disaster with Dean
2. Make a respectable showing but probably lose against
Bush.
3. Inherit the mantel of power of the Democrate party and
make her real run in 2008.
4. All the time pray for some horrible disaster to hit the
United States (Terrorism nuke, bio or chem) and then
blame Bush and thus perhaps make it 2004.
Hillary is in and she is running. Dean will start savaging her in the next two months. Never under estimate this evil creature. Never forget the burning of Brunstag and what that brought to power in Germany. They both use the same political methods.

Fortunately, sexism would be a decisive factor in HRC's defeat. Too many men cannot bring themselves to vote for Gladys Kravitz.

The problem is the DNC has everyone march in lockstep. Then the DNC will crash .. because until someone or anyone stands up to the Clinton's .. they will NEVER let go of their grip hold ..

"Defense gravitas"? Wesley Clark?! The guy who claims that aliens contacted him via the White House switchboard on 9/11? The guy who saved Europe from the monumental threat of Serbia? He's the Democrats most serious military man to run since George B. "Case-of-the-Slows" McClellan.Clark is not to be laughed at. He is a potential murderous dictator--20 times worse than Hillary. See my post #108, and more on Wesley Clark's scary history HERE.

There's nothing stopping Hillary from not only running, but running as a ticket with Clark. Candidates have chosen running mates before winning the nomination.

Yes she is .. and Clark will get in the race so he can be selected as her running mate.
This is great news - WE GET TO BEAT THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF HER IN 2004 - AND WE DON'T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 2008 - AND THE BEST NEWS OF ALL - THE DEMOCRATS WILL BE OUT OF POWER FOR 40-50 YEARS.
However .. I wonder what this will do to Dean - will he feel betrayed (Hillary has been advising him on his campaign)?? Will Dean be so angry - he will split the party over it - we can only hope the dems will self-destruct all the sooner.

That's quite a far-flung generalization about soccer moms. Some fit that description but many don't. And I disagree with you on the impact of 9-11. Parents do realize how their children could be affected. The biggest worry I have about terrorism is my kid. And she's in college.

Does Bill Press work for MSNBC? I thought he was CNN?He used to be. When "Crossfire" first launched many many years ago, it was Press on the Left and Buchanan on the Right. Now there's a show called "Buchanan and Press" on MSNBC.

She is not "Commander in Chief" material. You can say that again! The only titles of Commander that fit Hitlery are:
"Commander in Cheap" or "Commander in Cheat"
