That's quite a far-flung generalization about soccer moms. Some fit that description but many don't. And I disagree with you on the impact of 9-11. Parents do realize how their children could be affected. The biggest worry I have about terrorism is my kid. And she's in college.

(Note: being a mother with kids who play soccer does NOT make someone a soccer mom).
