That's quite a far-flung generalization about soccer moms. Some fit that description but many don't. And I disagree with you on the impact of 9-11. Parents do realize how their children could be affected. The biggest worry I have about terrorism is my kid. And she's in college. Are you a soccer-mom? (Note: being a mother with kids who play soccer does NOT make someone a soccer mom).

It's not JUST the soccer moms. There are a whole bunch of old women out there who think the Dem Party is still run by Roosevelt...including my mother.

Well evidently I know several of the latter category. Moms with kids who play soccer. And they are concerned about the country and their kids and our troops and America. They aren't ditzy or evil or Bush-bashers. And they call themselves soccer moms.
