Dean will NOT submit to The Queen under any circumstances. He owes the Clintons nothing. He became governor of Vermont by a fluke before Bill CLinton was ever elected president, and was still governor when the 'Toons were finally sent packing. And he's already said he'll clean house at the DNC at the first possible moment if he becomes their candidate.
