Yes she is .. and Clark will get in the race so he can be selected as her running mate.
This is great news - WE GET TO BEAT THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF HER IN 2004 - AND WE DON'T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 2008 - AND THE BEST NEWS OF ALL - THE DEMOCRATS WILL BE OUT OF POWER FOR 40-50 YEARS.
However .. I wonder what this will do to Dean - will he feel betrayed (Hillary has been advising him on his campaign)?? Will Dean be so angry - he will split the party over it - we can only hope the dems will self-destruct all the sooner.

He owes the Clintons nothing. He became governor of Vermont by a fluke before Bill CLinton was ever elected president, and was still governor when the 'Toons were finally sent packing. And he's already said he'll clean house at the DNC at the first possible moment if he becomes their candidate.

Hillary might be offering Dean Attorney General or Sec of State or some other top spot right now.
