I believe her overall goal might have been to express support for Grayout against the Recall, but the audience didn't want to hear it...
LOL!
It sounds as if you speak with a certain authority, as if YOU were part of that "anti-Davis" studio audience...

He should have been recalled just on this issue alone.

That is what the first , failed recall was all about. We didn't get enough signees, I forget how many we ended up with.

Or before Colmes strokes out - do you hear him talking about this being bad politics, bad for the system and the Dems should not jump into the fray.

What a moron! 92 years of passing iniatives for tax increases and enviro issues and the process is of the people; however, we get fed up (this and Prop 13) and it's time to eliminate the process.

Not a peep from the Clinton camp but McAullife trashed the voters of California tonight it seems for having the recall in the Constitution.

RATS are imploding!

Why, as a matter of fact, due to fantastic efforts of our own RONDOG, I was able to witness the event live! Secret Service men 3 feet from me kept me from being brave enough to boo, but I did cough doubtingly and clap and laugh in all the right places to annoy Hitlery (or should I say ''Peelod's love slave'').

The amazing thing is that the ACLU is supporting the establishment government in opposition to the people. I thougt they were meant to support the people against the government.

Not always pretty, but it sure beats any alternative :)

does it beat the alternative where you just elect a governor every four years?

i have no love for davis, but direct democracy can only lead to even worse government.

btw, how long after the new governor is in until another recall is allowed?

McAullife trashed the voters of California tonight it seems for having the recall in the Constitution.

Wasn't that done in, like, 1917? Which voters is he trashing, the dead ones a century ago (who still vote Democrat, btw), or the voters today who are exercising their legal constitutional rights?

I don't know, but this recall was only possible because the voters were disgusted into not turning out for Simon/Davis in 2002. I bet that was the plan for Davis -- to run such a nasty, mean campaign that the voters would be turned off and not show up. However, the result of that was that the threshold for calling a recall was finally attainable. If the turnout for the recall is high enough, they won't be able to get enough signatures to qualify another recall.

Hannity is on a roll tonight! So is J.C. Now talking about the Gore speech and I am laughing so hard! Gore offered no thoughts or visions in his speech today according to J.C. Colmes just cut off J.C. -- second time he did it!
